2. Assembly Steps
Step 1
Action: Push covers (R) onto the cross beams (B).
Action: Attach cross beams (B) to the base tube (A) using 4 sets of bolts (M10*65), washers (M10), and lock nuts (M10).
The diagram illustrates the base tube (A) and two cross beams (B). It shows covers (R) being placed on the ends of the cross beams. Fasteners, identified as bolts (M10*65), washers (M10), and nuts (M10), are shown connecting the cross beams to the base tube at four points.
Step 2
Action: Attach rear uprights (C) to the base tube (A) using 1 set of bolts (M10*60), washers (M10), and lock nuts (M10).
Action: Attach bottom upright (D) to the base tube (A) using 2 sets of bolts (M10*70), washers (M10), and lock nuts (M10).
Action: Push the weight bar (J) onto the rear upright (C) using the bumper (Q).
This step's diagram shows the base tube (A) with the rear upright (C) and bottom upright (D) being attached. The rear upright (C) is secured to the base tube using bolts (M10*60), washers (M10), and nuts (M10). The bottom upright (D) is attached to the base tube with bolts (M10*70), washers (M10), and nuts (M10). The weight bar (J) is shown being inserted into the top of the rear upright (C), with a bumper (Q) positioned to aid this insertion.
Step 3
Action: Attach top upright (E) to bottom upright (D) and connecting part (K) using 2 sets of bolts (M10*65), washers (M10), and lock nuts (M10).
Action: Attach seat support (F) to the base tube (A) using 2 sets of bolts (M10*70), washers (M10), and lock nuts (M10).
Action: Then attach seat support (F) to connecting part (K) using 1 set of bolts (M10*60), washers (M10), and lock nut (M10).
The diagram shows the assembly of the upper structure. The top upright (E) is connected to the bottom upright (D) and the connecting part (K) using bolts (M10*65), washers (M10), and nuts (M10). The seat support (F) is attached to the base tube (A) with bolts (M10*70), washers (M10), and nuts (M10). Finally, the seat support (F) is also connected to the connecting part (K) using bolts (M10*60), washers (M10), and nuts (M10).
Step 4
Action: Attach seat adjustable board (H) to the seat support (F) using knob (T).
Action: Attach seat (M) to the seat adjustable board (H) using 2 sets of bolts (M8*20) and washers (M8).
Action: Push foam tube (N) into the hole of top upright (E) and then push two foams (U) onto foam tube (N).
This step focuses on the seat assembly and foam padding. The seat adjustable board (H) is attached to the seat support (F) using a knob (T). The seat (M) is then secured to the adjustable board (H) with bolts (M8*20) and washers (M8). A foam tube (N) is inserted into the top upright (E), and two foam pieces (U) are placed over this tube.
Step 5
Action: Attach top frame (I) to top upright (E) and rear upright (C) using bolts (M10*65), bolts (M10*60), washers (M10), and lock nuts (M10).
Action: Use clip (W) to lock the weight bar (J) into its tube.
The diagram shows the top frame (I) being attached to the top upright (E) and the rear upright (C) using bolts (M10*65), bolts (M10*60), washers (M10), and nuts (M10). A clip (W) is shown being used to secure the weight bar (J) within its tube.
Step 6
Action: Attach pulley (V) to the top frame (I) and seat support (F) using 3 sets of bolt (M10*70), washers (M10), nuts (M10), and pulley bushing (S).
Action: Attach the upper cable (X) to the weight bar (J) through the top two pulleys as shown.
Note: Check the unit on a level surface before tightening all bolts and nuts. Make sure the pulleys rotate freely without any resistance due to over-tightness.
The diagram illustrates the pulley system installation. Pulleys (V) and pulley bushings (S) are attached to the top frame (I) and seat support (F) using bolts (M10*70), washers (M10), and nuts (M10). The upper cable (X) is shown being routed through two pulleys at the top and connected to the weight bar (J).
Step 7
Action: Attach the lower cable (Y) to the upper cable (X) through the pulley of seat support (F) as shown.
Note: Apply rubber rings (O) as indicated.
The final diagram shows the complete assembly. The lower cable (Y) is connected to the upper cable (X) via a pulley on the seat support (F). The lat bar (G) and row handle (L) are shown attached to their respective cables. Rubber rings (O) are indicated as being placed on certain connection points.
