Installation and Care Instructions

Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the enclosure. The installation is best done when the temperature is 70 degrees F. (21 degrees C) or warmer. Temperature affects the adhesive Velcro; if conditions prevent installing in warmer weather, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature prior to installation.

1. Carefully unroll the Cab Enclosure on a large, flat surface that is clean and free of dirt or other material.

2. Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:

   • Velcro Hook strips: 2 each - 4" long
   • Velcro Hook strips: 10 each - 6" long
   • Velcro Hook strips: 2 each - 8" long
   • Velcro Hook strips: 2 each - 12" long
   • Velcro Hook strips: 4 each - 14" long
   • Velcro Hook strips: 1 each - 45" long
   • Cab Enclosure: 1 each

3. Before installing the enclosure, you must first remove the folding windshield. The Velcro tabs are to be placed under it and around the roll cage.

4. Loosely drape the Cab Enclosure over the Chuck Wagon roll cage. Start with the Velcro tabs along the front edge of the cab. Work your way down, marking the proper locations with a china marker or crayon. Next, apply the adhesive Velcro strips to the roll cage, ensuring the area is clean first.

5. At the top of the front area and toward the bottom, you will notice strips of double-sided Velcro. Use the provided 6" adhesive hook strips with these. Below are photos showing how to attach these.

6. Working your way to the rear of the roll cage, carefully fit the Cab into position. Pull the lower edge of the rear panel down between the rear of the roll cage and the front of the dump bed. Apply the four 6" latch strips here. Be certain to clean the surfaces before applying the adhesive loop strips.

7. Reattach the folding windshield. The remaining 45" adhesive hook strip should be attached along the entire top edge of the windshield. Once in place, pull the top of the cab over the top lip of the windshield, fully enclosing the cab.

8. To open and stow the doors, move the zipper fully rearward and fold the bottom portion of the doors up. Form a vertical roll with the door by rolling it inward from the front edge toward the rear. Secure in place using the two hook and loop straps provided. Aim for a roll approximately 2" in diameter to ensure the door does not stick out excessively while stowed.

Cleaning and Storage Recommendations

1. Before removing the Cab for storage, ensure it is very clean to prevent scratching the window panels. Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag. Let the Cab dry thoroughly before attempting to roll for storage.

2. It is important that the Cab be rolled up for storage rather than folded, as folding can damage the windows. Carefully roll up the Cab similarly to how it was packed at the factory. On a large, clean, and flat surface, fold the doors over the rear panel first, then interleave the top and windshield on top of the doors. Begin rolling the Cab into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter. Place the rolled Cab back into the carton for storage at a normal room temperature. Avoid exposing the Cab to extreme hot or cold temperatures when storing.

3. A special cleaner conditioner is available from Falcon Ridge that will greatly increase the service life of the Cab Enclosure. Additional hook and loop sets can also be ordered if needed.

Return Policy

If you choose to return this product for any reason, it must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. You MUST package the product exactly as it was originally packaged from the factory to receive a full refund.

The vinyl windows should never be folded when packaging in the box or for storage purposes. Lay all windows on top of each other with the canvas folded in between and the paper (if available) on both sides of the windows.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at the production facility and must be in unused, factory-new condition to receive a refund. A 25% restocking fee will apply.

If ordered directly from Falcon Ridge, please call 606-845-7439 to obtain a return authorization number. Use the preferred shipping carrier (UPS) to return the item, unless the item is defective, in which case you are responsible for paying the return shipping. Any returns submitted to Falcon Ridge without a return authorization number will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

If ordered from one of Falcon Ridge's distributors, contact them first to understand their return policy. Upon arrival at the production facility, the customer satisfaction team will inspect your item to ensure it is unused and in factory-new condition.

NOTE: All windshields must be returned with the original protective film intact and not removed. Do NOT remove the film if you intend to return the item. Refund or replacement of a windshield will only be processed for items with the original protective film or if the windshield is defective.

Items must be properly packaged in the original shipping carton to protect them during transit and ensure they arrive back factory fresh and in new, resalable condition. Any returned items that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund. All contents, including instruction manuals, accessories, hardware, Velcro, etc., must be included in your return shipment. Only items in OEM factory-new condition will be approved. Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card or payment method used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Warranty

Thank you for purchasing one of our Falcon Ridge Enclosures, Tops, and/or Windshields! Below are the terms under which your product is covered under our manufacturer's warranty.

30 Day Warranty: This warranty includes, but is not limited to, replacing the enclosure, tops, and/or windshield due to product defects. Please refer to the return policy for more information.

1 Year Warranty: This warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship within this timeframe. Falcon Ridge will gladly correct the problem or replace the enclosure, tops, and/or windshield. Upon submitting for correction or replacement, you will need to provide pictures of the defect in material or workmanship along with the receipt from the date of purchase.
