TransGo 700-P Separator Plate
Fits: 1982 to 93
General Fitting Information
This plate fits all models. 87up gaskets [Aux VB type] work best. Don't worry about extra holes, It's OK. If gaskets cover hole "C", cut gaskets to clear the hole. If the transmission has an auxiliary VB, the gaskets must not cover AUX holes.

Customizing Instructions
If the 2nd piston casting code ends with 093 or 95-1, drill holes A & C to .093 to .110.

Installation Notes
Slug Installation
If the VB does not have a roll pin here, plug this hole with the furnished slug.
Installing slug in hole: Put plate on cement floor with this side up. Insert slug into hole. Hit with a light hammer several good whacks. That's it.
If the Trans HAS auxiliary valve body, plug this hole with the furnished slug.
Late Case Considerations
When using a late CASE, to make a plate into an 87 plate, do not plug this hole when using an early 83-86 Type 1 VB and install ball in case bathtub.
Very nice stuff. ®
