TransGo 4L60E-Boost High Performance .500 Boost Valve Kit
Product Overview
The TransGo 4L60E-Boost High Performance .500 Boost Valve Kit is designed to increase pressure rise response for use in Trucks, police vehicles, taxis, delivery vehicles, and high-performance applications.
This kit also helps to reduce 3-4 clutch failure, band failure, and Low reverse clutch slip.
It replaces both the Early 1.910 (long) and Late 1.810 (short) Bushing & Valve. The kit is compatible with both types.

- Main Regulator Valve
- ORANGE spring

- New Boost Valve
- New Bushing

Installation Note: Boost Valve Location - Pan View
The following information is crucial for proper installation:
If your transmission has a Turbine Sensor harness:
Stop! Transmission removal will be required, and the pump must be removed from the transmission to install the New Boost Valve.
Do NOT attempt to pull or flex the connector or harness to install the Boost Valve. Damage to the sensor or harness will necessitate transmission removal for repair.
The Turbine Speed Sensor was introduced in some models in 2006, with expanded coverage in 2007 and later models.
If your transmission does not have a speed sensor: Great! Proceed with installation.
