Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Panels and Attach Sides to Base
Insert dowels (l) into the designated holes on side panels (1, 6) and base panel (2). Insert cam lock screws (g) into the side panels. Attach side panels (1, 6) to the base panel (2) using screws (k).
Step 2: Attach Shelves and Top Panel
Connect shelves (5, 7, 8, 9) and top panel (3) to the side panels (1, 6). Secure these parts using cam lock screws (g) and screws (a, b, c) as indicated in the diagrams.
Step 3: Assemble Main Frame
Continue assembling the main structure by connecting the various panels and shelves, ensuring all connections are snug but not fully tightened yet.
Step 4: Attach Back Panel
Position the back panel (4) onto the rear of the assembled unit. Secure it firmly using screws (h).
Step 5: Attach Feet/Pads
Turn the unit carefully to access the bottom. Attach the feet/pads (12) to the underside of the base panel (2) using screws (g).
Step 6: Attach Legs
Insert connectors/dowels (e) into the base panel (2) where the legs will attach. Attach the legs (10, 11) to the base panel using screws (f).
Step 7: Attach Back Panel Support
Affix the back panel support (14) to the rear of the unit, likely along the top or middle of the back panel, using screws (g).
Step 8: Final Tightening and Completion
Once all parts are assembled, go back and fully tighten all screws. Ensure the unit is stable and all components are correctly aligned. The assembly is now complete.
