Quick Tips
- Bluetooth connection can be established by the right earbud. For the most stable connection, keep your device near your right pocket.
- If you wish to use only one earbud, you must use the right earbud, as it is the main Bluetooth connection.
- Selecting the correct eartips ensures the driver is properly sealed, greatly improving sound quality. Try all eartips for the best possible sound.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on any unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth for your desired device to connect.
Warnings
- Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case.
- Earbuds that are wet or sweaty can damage the charging case. Damage caused by moisture or sweat is not covered by warranty.
- Do not deform the ear hooks. The ear hooks are made of flexible silicone material but contain a solid structure, such as an antenna, inside. Over-bending the ear hooks can damage the antenna and cause malfunction.
Visual Description: Diagrams show an earbud being dried and a warning about deforming the ear hook.
Precautions
- Avoid getting moisture or liquid into the earbud tips or charging port connections.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Do not drop or apply excessive force to the earbuds. Do not pull cables forcefully, apply excessive pressure, or bend/fold them.
- Earwax may accumulate on the earbud tips, causing reduced sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other small tools to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain during use, reduce the volume or temporarily discontinue use.
- If you continue to experience discomfort, stop using the product and consult a medical professional.
- We recommend treating your earbuds with care, similar to how you would treat sunglasses. Store them in a safe place when not in use.
