Reset the Camera
1. Turn on the camera.
2. Press and hold the reset button for a few seconds; the camera will display the prompt 'Restore factory settings'.
Note: The reset button's location is approximate and depends on your device.

Scan QR Code for Network Configuration
Note: Turn on your phone's Wi-Fi before adding the camera.
Scan the QR Code Label
1. Open the V380 Pro APP, register your account, log in, and tap the '[Add]' button on the home page.
2. Use your phone to scan the QR code on the camera's body label.
Note: The QR code label on the camera's body is usually on the bottom or side of the device.

3. Bulb panoramic cameras do not support QR code scanning for adding cameras; select AP hotspot for connection.
Note: When upgrading the APP version, use the actual app interface as a reference.
If the camera body label is damaged, you can scan the QR code below to configure the network.
WiFi Selection
1. First, connect your mobile phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
2. Confirm the connected WiFi and enter the password.

Note: Please select a WiFi network without '5G'. The WiFi name should not contain any special characters.
QR Code Configuration
1. The app will generate a QR code, and then use the camera to scan this QR code.
2. After the camera successfully identifies the QR code, it will display the prompt 'Configuration received'. After hearing the tone, tap 'I heard the tone' in the APP.
3. Upon successful connection, the prompt 'WiFi connected' will appear.

Addition Complete
1. The app will automatically connect the camera.
2. After the camera is successfully connected to the network, you can create groups and set a name for the camera.

Hotspot Configuration
1. Tap 'Cannot find the QR code on the device?'.
2. Select 'WiFi Smart Camera' - 'AP hotspot connection'.

Note: First, connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network required by your device.
Android Hotspot Configuration
1. Select the WiFi and enter the WiFi password.
2. Tap the '[Connect AP hotspot]' button and connect to the device's hotspot (MV+ID).
3. The device will automatically connect to WiFi after returning to the APP.
Note: The corresponding ID can be found on the device's body label, which matches the hotspot name.

iOS Hotspot Configuration
1. Enter your WiFi password. (If you want to connect to a different WiFi, connect your mobile phone to the required WiFi, then return to the app to refresh).
2. Tap the '[Connect AP hotspot]' button and connect to the device's hotspot (MV+ID).
3. The device will automatically connect to WiFi after returning to the app.

Real-time Preview
The added camera can be viewed in the device list, and the real-time preview interface can be accessed by selecting the camera.

Video Playback
After connecting the camera to the APP, open the real-time preview interface and tap 'Playback' on the function panel.

Video Recording to Micro SD Card
Before installing the Micro SD card, turn off the camera first, then turn it on after installation.
• Standard cameras support up to 128GB TF cards.
• Format for 32GB and below is 'FAT32'.
• Format for 64GB and above is 'exFAT'.
Settings
In the device list, tap [Settings icon] (Recording Settings).
1. Recording Settings
- Continuous Recording: Continuous recording will be performed during the camera's operating hours.
- Event Recording: Recording will start only when an alarm is triggered.
- Audio Recording: Whether audio is included during recording.
2. Video Quality Settings
- You can set the video quality yourself: HD or SD.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: The camera cannot connect to WiFi.
A: 1. An incorrect password is a common cause of connection failure. Confirm that the entered password is correct.
2. Confirm that the connected WiFi is 2.4 GHz. If you are using a dual-band 2.4 GHz-5 GHz router, please select the 2.4 GHz WiFi.
3. The WiFi name should not contain special symbols and should not be hidden. Router restrictions, such as access point isolation and WiFi squatter prevention, cannot be enabled.
Q: The device list shows the prompt 'Device offline'.
A: 1. Restart the camera and confirm that it can start and connect to WiFi normally.
2. Please disable router functions such as firewall, blacklist, WiFi squatter prevention, MAC address binding, etc. This is required for remote viewing, which needs the router to connect to the WAN.
3. If the router is replaced or the WiFi password is changed, please reset the camera and reconfigure the network.
Important Notes
- The camera only supports 2.4 GHz WiFi. Before network configuration, confirm that the WiFi connected to your mobile phone is 2.4 GHz.
- For Micro SD card recording, when the recording capacity reaches the upper limit, the oldest recording event file will be automatically overwritten.
- Prolonged use in unconventional environments (high temperature, high humidity, large amounts of dust or smoke, etc.) may damage the camera.
- The V380 Pro app and device firmware will be updated periodically. For the best experience, update the APP and device firmware in a timely manner.
Safety
- For safety and approval reasons ([CE Mark]), unauthorized modification or alteration of the product is not permitted.
- The device must not be exposed to extreme temperatures (< -10°C / > +50°C), strong vibrations, or heavy mechanical stress.
- This product is not a toy and is not intended for children. Children could swallow parts of the device or get injured.
Maintenance and Cleaning
The product requires no maintenance. To clean the casing, use only a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents (paint or varnish thinners), as these may damage the product casing.
Recycling
Electronic and electrical products must not be disposed of with household waste. Dispose of waste at the end of the product's life cycle in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Save the environment and contribute to its protection!
Warranty
We provide a 24-month warranty for this product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, wear and tear, failure to follow the user manual, or modifications made by a third party.
