User Manual
Introduction
The BLOW iTag is a modern, low-power Bluetooth 4.0 product designed to help users locate easily lost items such as keys, bags, children, or pets. The device is tracked via a smartphone application within a specified Bluetooth connection range. Within its operational range, the iTag can perform functions like locating the device's position, finding your phone, taking photos at the device's location, and recording audio at the device's location. The effective range of the iTag is approximately 25 meters in open spaces without obstructions. With the iTag, you can prevent losing small items and keep track of children and pets.
The iTag uses a CR2032 lithium battery.
How to Download the App
Before using the device, please download and carefully read the instructions for the application.
- Method 1: Search for the “iSearching” application in the App Store or Google Play.
- Method 2: Scan one of the QR codes provided for app download.

Switching On/Off
- To Turn On: Press and hold the button on the iTag for 3 seconds until you hear two beeps.
- To Turn Off: Press and hold the button on the iTag for 3 seconds until you hear a longer beep.
Connecting and Removing Devices
- The iTag Bluetooth locator will automatically connect to your smartphone when powered on. If the app status shows “Disconnected”, press the “Connect” button again.
- Click the icon [device list icon] to find more connectable iTag devices. Clicking the arrow icon [arrow icon] will open a submenu for the device, allowing you to add a photo, rename it, and set a ringtone.
- Unnecessary devices can be removed by sliding them to the left on the device list screen.
Do Not Disturb Mode
In the “Settings” menu, switch “Do not disturb” on to disable alert functions for all connected devices.
In the “Device” interface, enter the “iTag” submenu and click “Anti lost” to set unique alert functions for each iTag, such as disabling alerts for specific connected iTags.
Setting Alerts
- Double-click the button on the iTag to trigger an alert on your smartphone.
- Click the iTag that is flashing yellow/red (by clicking the iTag in the device list) to stop the smartphone alert.
- Click the “Alert” button to trigger iTag alerts, and click “Stop alert” to stop the alerts from the iTag.
Photography
Press the “Photograph” icon to enter camera mode.
- On the top of the screen, you will find icons to set the flashlight and cameras.
- Press the settings button [settings icon] in the middle top of the screen to configure continuous shooting and interval timer settings.
- Pressing the button on the iTag once acts as a remote shutter to take photos.
Location Tracking
Location List: When you park your car, press the button on the iTag to mark your current location on the map. Pressing “Location list” will show you a list of saved locations, making it easy to find your vehicle, especially in large or underground parking lots.

Lost History
If the iTag is lost, a pin-drop will be automatically marked on the Map indicating where it was lost. Simply press “lost history” to find the record.
Remark: To delete an item from the list, scroll left on the list.
Settings
To better experience the iTag's functions, navigate to the settings menu to configure your iTag.
- APP Password Setting: Configure your app password.
- Map Switch: Choose between Google Maps or Baidu Maps.
- Double Click Settings: Configure the function for a double-click, such as setting an alarm or voice recording.
- Record List: This section stores recorded voice memos. Press the “Play” button to play/pause and scroll left to delete recordings.
- Version: Displays the current version of the application.
Battery Replacement
The battery is located on the back of the iTag. Use a coin as a key and twist to the left to open the battery cover. Replace the battery with a CR2032 cell. After replacement, put the cover back and close it by twisting to the right.

Warranty Information
Warranty Card
- The warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale (as per the proof of purchase and warranty card). The territorial scope of warranty protection covers the entire territory of Poland.
- To be eligible for warranty repair, the buyer must present: a correctly filled-out warranty card; a valid proof of purchase (receipt, simplified invoice, VAT invoice) with a sales date matching the warranty card; the defective product. The service center may refuse warranty repair if inconsistencies are found in the provided documents.
- The warranty card must bear the stamp of the point of sale and the seller's signature. An incorrectly or illegibly filled-out warranty card is invalid.
- The warranty covers only defects caused by factors inherent in the sold product.
- The warranty does not cover: defects resulting from improper product use, especially if not in accordance with the user manual or safety regulations; mechanical damage to the product and resulting defects; defects arising from repairs performed by unauthorized entities (including the buyer); damage or malfunction caused by improper installation of devices cooperating with the product; parts and accessories subject to normal wear and tear during operation, such as scratches, difficult-to-remove dirt, worn inscriptions, batteries, etc.; activities mentioned in the user manual intended for the user; damage resulting from force majeure events such as fire, flood, power surges, electrical discharges; flooding, exposure to chemical agents, or other external factors causing corrosion or stains; products with a removed or tampered warranty seal.
- Products used exclusively for purposes unrelated to business activity are covered by the warranty. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered by the warranty.
- If the Service Center determines that the product was used for commercial, industrial, or professional purposes, the warranty will be limited to the replacement of spare parts. The claimant will bear the labor costs, and the warranty period for the product (excluding consumables) will not change. The warranty period for consumable parts will be reduced to three months.
- The warranty includes the free replacement of spare parts required for repair and labor during the warranty period. Defects appearing during the warranty period can only be rectified by an Authorized BLOW Service Center as soon as possible.
- The service center, the selling company, and BLOW are not responsible for the timeliness of warranty repairs if the repair cannot be performed due to import/export restrictions on spare parts or other legal provisions, or other circumstances beyond the control of the aforementioned entities.
- It is recommended to send the product in its original packaging. In case of damage during transport, the repair process will not commence.
- In case of a defect, the Customer may file a complaint at the point of purchase.
- The buyer has the right to exchange the equipment for a new one if the BLOW Service Center determines in writing that the defect cannot be rectified. The equipment to be replaced must be complete. In case of delivery of an incomplete set, the buyer will bear the costs of missing accessories.
- Any services performed by service points (for a functional product) such as checking operation, measuring technical parameters, cleaning, adjustment, and tuning are paid services.
- Mechanical damage is not covered by the warranty, even if the sales intermediary accepts the mechanically damaged equipment for complaint processing. BLOW, as the guarantor, regardless of the intermediaries' opinions, does not provide a warranty for mechanically damaged equipment.
- In case of loss of the warranty card, a replacement document or duplicate will not be issued, and repairs and claims arising from this warranty will expire.
- The warranty for the sold goods does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Buyer's rights arising from the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
- For matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

Electrical equipment marked with the bin icon [recycling bin icon] cannot be disposed of along with ordinary municipal waste. Such equipment should be collected and recycled.
