This depends on your email provider's settings. Codes often do not arrive for domains like Onet, WP, or O2. In such cases, you need to add a filter to your email's whitelist. Detailed instructions are provided on page 14.

Do I Need to Create an Account?

No, an account is not strictly required. However, not having an account may limit future functionality, such as creating groups or sharing devices.

Adding a Camera to the Application

To add a camera, tap the "➕" icon on the main application interface. You will see a screen prompting you to scan the QR code on the camera. This is the default and simplest method. Scan the QR code on the device (usually on the casing), select your WiFi network, enter the WiFi password, and hold the generated QR code from the app up to the camera lens as shown on the screen. The application will automatically add the camera. After successful addition, you can name the camera using pre-set templates or by typing manually (e.g., Home, Garage).

Note: This method is available for devices purchased from September 2022 onwards.

Important: For some camera types (e.g., fish-eye), you must use an alternative method. To access other methods, tap the blue rectangle (frame) with the text "Cannot find QR code on the device?". This is located at the bottom of the screen during the QR code scanning process.

AP Hotspot Connection Method

  2. Tap the blue frame "Cannot find QR code on the device?".
  3. Select "WiFi Smart Camera".
  4. Choose the AP hotspot connection method.
  5. Select your WiFi network.
  6. Enter your WiFi password.
  7. Switch your phone's WiFi to the "MV+ID_camera" network.
  8. Return to the application.

The camera will be added automatically. After completion, name your camera and set a custom password.
