Safety Precautions
- Read all warnings and follow all instructions. Keep this user guide for later reference.
- Do not use this device near water. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the device to moisture.
- Do not place the device on an uneven or unstable surface. The device may fall over resulting in an injury or malfunction.
- Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or other sources of sustained heat.
- Always use genuine INNOCN components to ensure safety and product performance.
- To avoid the risk of electric shock or component damage, switch off the power before connecting other components to the display.
- Disconnect the power plug from the AC outlet if the device will not be used for a long period of time.
- When connecting to a power outlet, DO NOT remove the grounding prong. Please ensure grounding prongs are NEVER REMOVED.
- Place the device in a well-ventilated area. Do not place anything on the device that prevents heat dissipation.
- The power adaptor must be replaced when using different voltage from that specified in the User Guide. For more information, please contact INNOCN.
- Do not overload power strips and extension cords. Overloading can result in fire or electric shock.
- Do not apply pressure to the LCD screen. Excessive pressure may cause permanent damage to the display.
- Plastic bags can be dangerous. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children to avoid danger of suffocation.
- Do not attempt to repair the product by yourself. Opening the back cover may expose you to high voltages, the risk of electric shock, and other hazards. If repair is required, please contact INNOCN anytime (service@innocn.com).
- If there are visual smoke or sparks, unplug the power cord and contact INNOCN (service@innocn.com). Do not try to repair the product yourself.
- To avoid risk of electric shock, do not touch the power plug and ports with wet hands.

Input Connector
The monitor is touchable only when the input source is from USB Type-C. For HDMI input source, you need a USB-A to USB Type-C cable (not included) to connect to use the touch function.
Please use INNOCN original new accessories if damaged.

OSD (On-Screen Display) Menu
Display the OSD menu: Short press the power button; Swipe down with 2 fingers on the left corner of the monitor.
Home: Adjust Brightness, Contrast, Volume.
Profiles: 7 Profiles are available (Custom Mode, Reading Mode, Movie Mode, Game Mode, sRGB Mode, Adobe Mode, Eye Protection Mode).
Color temperature: Under USER mode, the R, G, B can be adjusted.
Color: Adjust the chrominance, color saturation, and sharpness.
TYPE-C: Selects the Type-C signal source.
HDMI: Selects the HDMI signal source.
OSD: Adjusts the transparency of the OSD menu.
Gravity Sensor: Allows the device to automatically display vertically/horizontally when the monitor is flipped.
Battery display: Shows when the monitor supplies power to external devices.
Reset: Restores factory settings.
EXIT: Closes the OSD menu.

Troubleshooting
Common Symptoms | Possible Solutions |
---|---|
No display after turning monitor ON (screen is black but power supply lights is ON) | Ensure that the video cable connecting the monitor and the computer is properly connected and secure. Make sure if the operating system had entered hibernation, sleep or power-save mode. Press any key (Enter key / Power key) or move the mouse to wake it up. Check for bent or broken pins in the video cable connector. Ensure that the correct input source is selected in the Input Source menu. Replace other identical signal cable (HDMI / Type-C) to take cross-test. Attention: Not every computer/phone 's USB Type-C port will support video out signals. Please check your cable and your computer/phone to make sure those will support a video signal. |
No display after turning monitor ON (not boot, black screen & no power lights) | Verify that the power outlet is functioning properly using any other electrical equipment. If your device has battery, make sure it's not out of battery. Make sure the power button is pressed fully and hold for 5s. Cycle power On-Off. |
Missing Pixels. LCD screen has spots | Pixel that is permanently Off is a natural defect that can occur in LCD technology. For more information on Innocn Monitor Quality and Pixel Policy, see Innocn warranty information at: http://www.innocn.com. |
Safety Related Issues (Visible signs of smoke or sparks) | Do not perform any troubleshooting steps. Contact Innocn immediately. |
Image does not fill entire viewing area. | Check the resolution setting in your PC. |
The screen appears yellow | Make sure the device was not set to "Eyes Care mode". Check here: OSD→88 |
Control panel keys do not work | Press only one key at a time. Make sure to have a valid video signal going through the monitor before you can turn on the OSD. |
I cannot adjust the brightness/contrast ratio/ color saturation through OSD | Make sure the device was set to "custom mode". Check here: OSD→88 |

- Warranty Period: 3 Years for product from date of purchase.
- This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
This Warranty is not Applicable in any of the Following Cases:
- The product is not purchased from an Authorized Innocn dealer.
- The product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.
- Defects caused by improper use as determined by company personnel.
- Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry / or physical construction of the set.
- Installation / repair work is carried out by persons / agency other than authorized by the company.
- The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or cabinet.
- Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of Innocn.
