Quick Start Guide
Safety Precautions
Read all warnings and follow all instructions. Keep this user guide for later reference. Do not use this device near water. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the device to moisture. Do not place the device on an uneven or unstable surface; it may fall, causing injury or damage. Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or other sources of sustained heat. Always use genuine INNOCN components for safety and performance. To avoid electric shock or component damage, switch off the power before connecting other components. Disconnect the power plug if the device will not be used for a long period. Ensure grounding prongs are NEVER REMOVED when connecting to a power outlet. Place the device in a well-ventilated area, ensuring nothing obstructs heat dissipation. The power adapter must be replaced if using a different voltage than specified. Do not overload power strips or extension cords, as this can cause fire or electric shock. Do not apply excessive pressure to the LCD screen, as it may cause permanent damage. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children to prevent suffocation hazards. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself; opening the back cover may expose you to high voltages and other hazards. If repair is required, please contact customer service. If you notice smoke or sparks, unplug the power cord immediately and contact customer service. Do not touch the power plug and ports with wet hands.

Product Instruction & Key Functions
Key Functions

Input Connector
Diagram Description: The monitor features ports for Headset, Type-C (data), Type-C (power), and HDMI.
Connection Instructions:
- Connect the Type-C data cable to the monitor's data port and your Laptop/Phone.
- Connect the Type-C power cable to the monitor's power port and the Charger.
Notes:
- Touch functionality is available only when the input source is USB Type-C. For HDMI input, a separate USB-A to USB Type-C cable (not included) is required for touch functionality.
- If any cable is damaged, please replace it with a new Innocn cable.
OSD (On-Screen Display) Menu
Navigation:
- Press any key to open the navigation interface.
- Up Key: Press once for navigation, twice to enter brightness adjustment.
- Down Key: Press once for navigation, twice to enter the OSD menu.
- Power Button: Press once for navigation, twice to enter signal source selection.
Brightness Adjustment: Press the Up key twice. Use Up/Down keys to adjust. Press Power to confirm/exit. The window disappears after 3 seconds of inactivity.
Signal Source Selection: Press the Power button twice. Use Up/Down keys to select input. Press Power to confirm/exit. The window disappears after 3 seconds of inactivity.
OSD Menu Navigation: Press the Down key twice to enter the OSD menu. Use Up/Down keys to switch options. Press Power to enter sub-menus or confirm selections. The window disappears after 5 seconds of inactivity.
Available OSD Settings:
- Scene Mode: Switch between Standard Mode, Movie Mode, Reading Mode, Night Mode, Game Mode, Energy Saving Mode, Eye Protection Mode, sRGB.
- Picture Setting: Adjust brightness, contrast, DCR, hue, saturation, black level, sharpness.
- Color Temperature Setting: Adjust color temperature (Warm, Cold, Design, User). User mode allows adjustment of Red, Green, and Blue levels.
- Audio Setting: Adjust volume and mute settings.
- OSD Setting: Configure language, OSD exit time, OSD transparency, input source, Over Drive, and reset to factory settings.
Exiting Menus: Menus disappear after a period of inactivity (3-5 seconds depending on the menu). Alternatively, navigate to the 'Return' or 'Exit' option and confirm.
Troubleshooting
| Common Symptoms | Possible Solutions |

| No display after turning monitor ON (screen is black but power supply lights are ON) | Ensure video cable is secure. Check if the operating system is in hibernation, sleep, or power-save mode. Check for bent or broken pins in the video cable connector. Ensure the correct input source is selected. Verify Type-C compatibility for video out signals. |
| No display after turning monitor ON (not boot, black screen & no power lights) | Verify that the power outlet is functioning properly. Ensure the power button is pressed fully and held for 5 seconds. Cycle power On-Off. |
| Missing Pixels. LCD screen has spots | Cycle power On-Off. Note that permanently off pixels can be a natural defect in LCD technology. Refer to Innocn's warranty information for quality and pixel policy. |
| Safety Related Issues (Visible signs of smoke or sparks) | Do not perform any troubleshooting steps. Contact Innocn immediately. |
| Image does not fill entire viewing area. | Check the resolution setting in your PC. |
| The screen appears yellow | Ensure the device was not set to “Eyes Care mode”. Check via the OSD menu (e.g., Settings > Picture Setting > Color Temperature Setting). |
| Control panel keys do not work | Press only one key at a time. Ensure a valid video signal is present before attempting to use the OSD. |
| Cannot adjust brightness/contrast/color saturation through OSD | Ensure the device was set to "User mode" (e.g., via Settings > Picture Setting > Color Temperature Setting). |
