1. Riding Safety
Riding the scooter involves risks of injury from loss of control, collisions, and falls. To reduce these risks, you must read and follow all "CAUTION" and "WARNING" notices. While instructions and warnings can reduce risks, they cannot eliminate them entirely. Always use common sense when riding.
- The S10 is a recreational product intended for recreation only, not for transportation. Mastering riding skills requires practice and caution to avoid falls or collisions. The manufacturer is not responsible for injuries, damages, or legal disputes arising from rider inexperience or failure to follow instructions.
- Follow all instructions and warnings in this manual to reduce risk. Remember that riding the S10 carries risks of injury from loss of control, collisions, and falls. In public spaces, always comply with local laws and regulations. Faster speeds require longer braking distances. Sudden braking on low-traction surfaces can lead to wheel slip or falls. Be cautious, maintain a safe distance from others, and slow down in unfamiliar areas.
- Always wear a helmet. Use an approved bicycle or skateboard helmet that fits properly, with the chin strap secured, and provides protection for the back of your head.
- In public places, comply with local laws and regulations. Where no specific laws exist, follow the safety guidelines in this manual.
- Do not allow anyone to ride the scooter without carefully reading this manual. The safety of new riders is your responsibility. Assist them until they are comfortable with basic operation and ensure they wear a helmet and other protective gear.
- Do not modify the scooter or change parts yourself. Use only manufacturer-approved parts and accessories. Modifications can interfere with operations, cause serious injury or damage, and void the Limited Warranty.
- Before each ride, check for loose fasteners and damaged components. If the S10 makes abnormal sounds or signals an alarm, stop riding immediately. Diagnose your S10 via the S10 App and contact your dealer/distributor for service.
- Be alert! Scan ahead and around your S10. Your eyes are your best tool for safely avoiding obstacles and low-traction surfaces, including wet ground, loose sand, loose gravel, and ice.
- Do not ride at an unsafe speed. Never ride on roads with motor vehicles. The manufacturer recommends riders be 14+ years old. Always follow safety instructions.
- People who should not ride the S10 include:
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Anyone suffering from a disease that puts them at risk during strenuous physical activity.
- Anyone with balance or motor skill issues that interfere with their ability to maintain balance.
- Pregnant women.
- Riders under 18 years old should ride under adult supervision.
- Comply with local laws and regulations when riding. Do not ride where prohibited.
- To ride safely, you must be able to clearly see what is in front of you and be clearly visible to others.
- Do not ride in snow, rain, or on wet, muddy, icy, or slippery roads. Avoid riding over obstacles like sand, loose gravel, or sticks, as this can cause loss of balance or traction and lead to a fall.
- Do not attempt to charge your S10 if the charger or power outlet is wet.
- As with any electronic device, use a surge protector when charging to protect your S10 from power surges and voltage spikes. Only use the supplied charger. Do not use a charger from other product models.
- To reduce the risk of injury, read and follow all "CAUTION" and "WARNING" notices in this document. Do not ride at an unsafe speed.
⚠️ WARNING: Protective equipment should be worn. Not to be used in traffic. Never hitch a ride with another vehicle.

8. Safety Reminder
This electric scooter is a leisure device. When used in public areas, it is subject to the same risks as vehicles. For your safety, follow manual instructions and traffic laws. Understand that risks cannot be entirely avoided due to others' actions or road conditions. Faster speeds require longer stopping distances, and smooth surfaces can lead to slips or falls. Use caution, maintain proper speed and distance, especially in unfamiliar areas.
Respect pedestrians' Right of Way. Do not startle them, especially children. When riding behind pedestrians, ring your bell to alert them and pass on their left (applicable in countries where vehicles drive on the right). When crossing pedestrian areas, keep to the right at a low speed or dismount.
Follow safety instructions, especially in regions with limited regulations for electric scooters. The manufacturer is not liable for financial losses, physical injuries, accidents, or legal disputes resulting from violations of user instructions.
Do not lend your scooter to someone unfamiliar with its operation. If lending to friends, ensure they understand operation and wear safety gear.
Check the scooter before every use. If you notice loose parts, low battery alerts, flat tires, excessive wear, strange sounds, or malfunctions, stop riding immediately and call for professional support.
⚠️ WARNING – Risk of Fire – No User Serviceable Parts.

9. Daily Care and Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
For stains on the scooter's body, wipe with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use toothpaste and a toothbrush, then wipe with a damp cloth. For scratches on plastic parts, use sandpaper or other abrasive materials.
Notes: Do not clean the scooter with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive solvents. Do not use a high-pressure water spray. During cleaning, ensure the scooter is off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed to prevent electric shock or other major problems.
When the scooter is not in use, keep it indoors in a dry and cool place. Do not store it outdoors for extended periods. Excessive sunlight, overheating, and overcooling can accelerate tire aging and compromise the scooter and battery lifespan.
Battery Maintenance
- Use original battery packs. Using other models or brands may pose safety risks.
- Do not touch the battery contacts. Do not dismantle or puncture the casing. Keep contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuits, which can lead to battery damage or injury.
- Use the original power adapter to avoid potential damage or fire.
- Mishandling used batteries can harm the environment. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
- After every use, fully charge the battery to prolong its lifespan.
Do not place the battery in environments with ambient temperatures higher than 122°F (50°C) or lower than -4°F (-20°C). Do not leave the scooter or battery pack in a car under direct sunlight for extended periods. Do not throw the battery pack into fire, as this may lead to battery failure, overheating, or fire. If the scooter will be idle for over 30 days, fully charge the battery and store it in a dry, cool place. Recharge it every 60 days to protect it from potential damage beyond limited warranty.
Always charge before the battery is fully depleted to prolong its lifespan. The battery pack performs best at normal temperatures. Performance is poor below 32°F (0°C); for instance, at -4°F (-20°C), the riding range is halved or less. Range restores as temperature rises. Refer to the Escooter App for detailed information.
Note: A fully charged electric scooter typically takes 5-6 hours. The built-in intelligent chip logs charging and discharging records. Damage from prolonged lack of charging is irreversible and not covered by warranty. Non-professionals are forbidden to dismantle the battery pack due to risks of electric shock, short circuit, or major safety accidents.
