nVent RAYCHEM ETL self-regulating heat cables keep pipes from freezing in buildings, both indoors and outdoors.

Self-Regulating Technology

ETL cables are based on self-regulating technology. The power output automatically adjusts at different points along the cable according to the ambient temperature. The cable will never overheat, even if installed in a crossed configuration.

Easy Planning and Installation

Unlike standard resistance heat cables, the planning and cutting of ETL cables to the correct length can be done on-site. The heat cable is terminated with an end-seal kit at the end of the pipe. For efficient operation and complete peace of mind, a wide range of manufacturer-designed, tested, and approved connection and electrical accessories are also available for the heat cables.
