User Comfort Recommendations
This monitor adopts Flicker-Free technology, which eliminates visible screen flickering and prevents user eye strain and fatigue. Here are some tips for comfortable monitor viewing:
- Maintain a minimum distance of 50 to 75cm (20″ to 30″) between your eyes and the monitor.
- A general guideline is to position the monitor so that the top of the screen is at or slightly below your eye level when sitting comfortably.
- Use adequate lighting for the type of work you are doing.
- Take regular and frequent breaks (at least 10 minutes) every half hour.
- During breaks, periodically shift your gaze away from the monitor screen and focus on a distant object for at least 20 seconds.
- Eye exercises can help reduce eye strain. Repeat these exercises as often as possible: (1) look up and down (2) slowly rotate your eyes (3) move your eyes diagonally.
