You will also need a cross head screw driver. Assembly is much easier with two people and reduces the risk of damaging the product.
Step 1: Thread Cable
Image: Hand threading a plug and cable from the upper body (2) through a channel in the lower body (1).
Thread the plug and cable from the upper body (2) through the channel in the lower body (1). Make sure it goes all the way through.
Step 2: Connect Upper and Lower Body

Slide the upper body (2) on to the lower body (1).
Step 3: Fit Joint Boards
Image: Fitting joint boards (8) and securing them with screws (6) using the provided allen key (9).
Fit the joint boards (8) and secure with the screws (6) using the allen key provided (9).
Step 4: Prepare and Attach Base
Image: Unit turned upside down. Base (3) is placed inside the base cover (4), with the plug and cord threaded through the central hole.
Turn the unit upside down (put some cloth down to prevent scratches). Put the base (3) inside the base cover (4) and thread the plug and cord through the hole in the middle.
Step 5: Fasten Base to Unit

Fasten the base to the main unit using the screws & washers (7).
Step 6: Attach Cord Grip
Image: Fastening the cord grip (5) with a screwdriver, ensuring the lip faces upwards.
Fasten the cord grip (5). Make sure the lip faces upwards.

SH16320N - BAR TABLE PATIO HEATER

Step 1: Prepare Main Body
Image: Main body (1) of the patio heater turned upside down.
Turn the main body (1) upside down (put a cloth down to prevent scratches).
Step 2: Fit Base Cover and Thread Cable

Fit the base cover and thread the plug and cord through the hole in the middle.
Step 3: Fit Base into Cover

Fit the base inside the base cover (2) and align the holes ready for the screws and washers.
Step 4: Attach Base Loosely

Fit the screws and washers. Leave them slightly loose for the moment. This allows a little movement in the base for the next part...
Step 5: Position and Attach Bar Base
Image: Someone holding the bar base (5) in position while long screws (8) are threaded through holes into steel tubes and into the bar base.
Get someone to hold the bar base (5) in position. Thread the long screws though the holes in to the steel tubes (8) and into the threaded holes on the bar base. Don't fully tighten them until all 3 are fitted.
Step 6: Tighten Long Screws

Once all 3 of the long screws are fitted, tighten them all (using the larger allen key).
Step 7: Tighten Base Screws

Finally tighten the base screws as well (small allen key).
Step 8: Fit Cable Tie and Castors

Fit the cable to the cable tie and fit the castors.
Step 9: Attach Table Top
Image: Unit turned right way up, with the table top (4) being offered up. Hole (1) and bump (2) are visible for alignment.
Turn the unit the right way up again & offer up the table top. The holes must line up as shown. The bump (2) must align with the hole (1). This MUST be a 2 person task or you risk breaking the table top.
Step 10: Secure Table Top

Fit the screws to secure the table top to the main unit.

Step 1: Fit Deco Boards

Fit the deco boards (6) as shown.
Step 2: Prepare and Attach Base
Image: Base (3) placed inside base cover (2), with plug and cord threaded through the central hole. Mounting holes are aligned.
Put the base (3) inside the base cover (2) and thread the plugs and cord through the hole in the middle. Make sure the 2 mounting holes are aligned.
Step 3: Attach Base Assembly to Main Body
Image: Using an allen key to tighten screws (7) securing the base assembly to the main body (1).
Fit the base assembly to the main body (1) and tighten the screws and washers (7) as shown.
Step 4: Attach Cord Grip

Fit the cord grip (4) ensuring the lip faces upward.
