1. A BEEP sound will be heard after powering on the appliance, at the same time all function keys will flash for 1 second, and the indicator [power-symbol] will light up, all other lights will be off, which means the machine has entered standby mode.
2. Press the power [power-symbol] button, and all the function keys on the touch screen will light up.
3. Press one of the fryer select options to choose a fry basket mode, [A], [A+B], or [B]. The LED screen will display temperature and time alternately. (The default temperature is 180°C and the default time is 30 minutes).
Choose any menu option and this menu key will flash. All other menu keys will be lit; the selected menu can be switched freely within 5 seconds.
The setting parameters of this menu are displayed on the screen. Press the [+/-] buttons to select and adjust the time/temperature as you prefer.
Finally, press the [START/STOP] button, the air fryer will start frying (it will commence frying automatically with a BEEP sound heard after 5 seconds even if no button is pressed).
When operating, the selected menu button lights up and the others will turn off (but all menu keys are lit up when the machine is powered on only). The selected frying option [A], [A+B], or [B] will light up too.
Repeat this process to choose any combination of [A], [B], or [A+B] baskets to fry with.
Press and hold the illuminated basket selection [A], [A+B], or [B] for 3 seconds to cancel the current operation.
The temperature range is 45-200°C. You can adjust it in 5°C increments by pressing either of the [+/-] buttons once. Press and hold either of the [+/-] buttons for faster adjustments.
How to stop frying:
If only one basket is operational: Press the [START/STOP] button once to stop the frying operation. The current menu indicator light will flash. Press the [START/STOP] button again to re-start frying. It will automatically exit the current working mode if there is no operation for 10 minutes in the STOP status.
Both A and B baskets are frying: Press the button applicable to the basket you wish to stop frying. For example, if you only wish to stop basket B, press the [B] button, then press the [START/STOP] button. The B basket will stop frying and the menu selection light will flash. Press the [B] button again to re-start frying. Press the [B] button to re-start frying with that basket.
Repeat this sequence but with the [A] button to do the same for the A Basket.
If there is no operation for 10 minutes while in the STOP status, the fryer will exit its current mode.
The A and/or the B basket will stop working when either basket is pulled from the chamber, triggering the safety switch. The appliance will retain the current menu settings including time and temperature; these lights will flash until the basket is correctly returned to the chamber. Please reset the menu if the basket is pulled out for more than 10 minutes or the fryer will power off automatically.
Keep Warm Function
Program keep warm mode only: Power on the machine. First, press the [A], [A+B], or [B] button (e.g., if you want to keep warm the A basket, then press the [A] button). Press the [KEEP WARM] button, then press the [START/STOP] button to enter the keep warm mode; the keep warm indicator light will flash. The pre-set temperature is 60°C and time is 2 hours. Time is adjustable by pressing the [+/-] buttons, but not the temperature. You can press the [KEEP WARM] button again to cancel before it enters keep warm mode.
Program keep warm mode (for when frying is complete) during initial setup: Power on the machine, first choose the basket and your menu option then press the [KEEP WARM] button (you can adjust the keep warm time within 5 seconds). Press the [START/STOP] button to begin. Once the food has finished cooking, it will enter keep warm mode with 3 BEEP sounds heard and the LED screen will show the keep warm data (the keep warm indicator light flashes always and you can press the [KEEP WARM] button again to cancel before it enters the keep warm mode).
Program keep warm mode during frying: Firstly, press the [A], [A+B], or [B] button (e.g., if you want the keep warm mode for A basket, press the [A] button). Press the [KEEP WARM] button, then press the [START/STOP] button at the same time. The fryer will continue operating.
Once the food finished cooking, it will enter keep warm mode with 3 BEEP sounds and the LED screen will show the keep warm data. (The keep warm indicator light will flash. You can cancel the mode by pressing the [KEEP WARM] button again before it commences).
Tips: During cooking, shaking the food regularly or irregularly will help to cook it more evenly. Setting up the temperature slightly lower but the time slightly longer may also help to improve some food. Press and hold the [+/-] buttons to adjust the temperature/time faster.
Attention! Some parts of the appliance will reach a very high temperature when working and for a while after, such as the basket, rack, tray, etc. Please do not touch these with bare hands. We recommend heat-resistant cooking gloves be worn.
Frying Complete
When the timer reaches 00:00, the air fryer will emit 5 BEEP sounds. The heating elements will stop working but the motor will still be running until the temperature cools down to 120°C. The LED lights will turn off.
Warning!
- The motor will still run to help cool the temperature inside the air fryer.
- The food and basket will be hot after cooking is complete. Exercise caution and use heat-resistant gloves or towels when handling the basket.
Tips: After you are finished cooking, if the food is not cooked enough or the food is cooked unevenly, you can increase the cooking time accordingly until ready.
Check that all food is properly cooked through before serving.

Attention! Be sure to unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Clean the basket and rack with hot water, a mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Do not submerge the power cord, plug, or housing in water or under the tap during cleaning as this may cause shock and/or damage.
