Installation Instructions
Please follow these steps carefully for proper installation:

Prepare Opening: Decide the installation location and cut a square opening of 28 cm x 28 cm in the roof. Ensure the roof thickness is compatible (54-68 mm).

Seal External Frame: Apply sealant (e.g., SIKALASTOMER-710, THEROSTAT II, DEKALIN 1512) to the underside of the external frame with a minimum width of 10 mm, following the designated channels.

Position External Frame: Place the external frame into the prepared opening. Ensure the hinges are oriented towards the front of the vehicle.

Install Inner Frame and Secure: Place the inner frame and secure the rooflight using the 4 provided screws. Tighten the screws evenly to ensure the frame adheres flush to the roof without deformation. Recommended torque: 1.2 N.m.

Mount Mosquito Net: Attach the mosquito net frame using the special pressure hooks.

Final Steps: Remove the protective plastic film from the cover. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during this operation, as it may make it more difficult.

Opening Mechanism: Before opening the cover, remove the safety cable tie.

Safety Instructions and General Advice
- Fiamma declines all responsibility for personal injury or property damage resulting from incorrect assembly or use. Keep instructions inside the vehicle.
- Assembly must be carried out according to instructions; do not modify the product.
- Before installation, check roof thickness compatibility (54-68 mm).
- Ensure the product does not interfere with adjacent accessories (luggage racks, cables, roof reinforcements, interior cabinets).
- Verify the roof's internal and external surfaces are flat.
- Periodically check screw tightness, especially after initial kilometers and before/after long trips.
- Lubricate the opening/closing mechanism with a few drops of grease if it becomes stiff.
- Do not walk on the product cover.
- Ensure the rooflight is properly closed before starting the vehicle.
- Periodically check the cover for cracks.
- Do not open the rooflight while the vehicle is moving, in strong wind, or rain.
- Remove snow or ice from the rooflight.
- Always comply with speed limits and traffic regulations. Adjust speed to traffic conditions and load.

Care and Maintenance
- For internal and external cleaning, use only neutral, non-aggressive detergents.
- For cleaning the Crystal cover, use an acrylic glass cleaner and a soft cloth to avoid scratching.
- Never use aggressive products like glass cleaners, all-purpose cleaners, abrasives, or dish-washing detergents.
- Avoid alcohol-containing detergents, solvents, or corrosive liquids.
- The mosquito net can be cleaned with water and a neutral detergent after removing it from its fittings.
