The Televes EuroSwitch is a compact and effective multiswitch designed for large installations. It features 5 inputs, comprising one terrestrial input and four satellite polarity inputs, and provides 4 user outputs. Its compact design and optimized electronic engineering result in very low through and tap losses, reducing the need for amplifiers in cascades and ensuring a better-balanced signal for users, even in extensive collective installations.
The device can function as a terminal in a star topology or as part of a cascade using a simple switch. It also incorporates a second switch that activates TForce technology, which automatically adjusts the terrestrial signal level to maintain consistency despite reception variations. The product is RED compliant.

Installation Examples
Installation into a family-house (1 satellite)
In a family-house setup with one satellite, the LNB and multiswitch are powered by the Set-Top Box (STB) via the "RECEIVER POWER" switch. An external Power Supply Unit (PSU) is not required. The diagram shows a terrestrial antenna and a satellite LNB connecting to the EuroSwitch multiswitch. The multiswitch is then connected to an STB and a TV. Switch settings indicated are: TERR. DC = OFF, RECEIVER POWER = ON, TERR. AMP. (T.Force) = PASSIVE, AUTOLOAD = TERMINAL. DC power flows from the STB to the multiswitch and LNB.
Installation into a small multi-dwelling unit (1 satellite)
For a small multi-dwelling unit with one satellite, the LNB, terrestrial antenna, and the cascade of multiswitches are powered by a single 3A PSU. When the "RECEIVER POWER" switch is turned off, the STBs are DC isolated from the cascade and protected against overcurrent. The diagram shows a system powered by a PSU, with switch settings: TERR.
