Electric wheelchair is designed for people who have problems with mobility, helping disabled patients with their everyday tasks. It can replace a standard wheelchair.

Electric wheelchair is suitable for patients with:

5. Operation

A. CONTROL MODULE FUNCTIONS

A close-up of the control module shows a joystick (A) and several buttons. Labeled components are: A. Joystick, B. Turn on/off button, C. Speed indicator (5 levels), D. Horn button, E. Speed adjustment buttons (+/-), F. Battery level indicator, G. Mute button, H. USB port and module with flashlight.

LED Display Status

LED display Status Description
5 small circles
All LED lights are turned off Wheelchair is turned off or in sleep mode.
5 circles with colored lights (red, yellow, green)
All LED lights are turned on Wheelchair is turned on. Lights' colour shows the battery level. Green – fully charged, red – battery exhausted.
5 circles, first few red, then blinking red
Blinking red LED light Battery running low. Charge as fast as possible.
5 circles lighting up sequentially from left to right (red to green)
LEDs light up in a sequence from left to right Wheelchair battery is charging. When wheelchair is close to being fully charged, frequency of blinking slows down. All green lights lit up indicate that the battery is fully charged.
5 circles flashing sequentially from left to right (colors vary)
LEDs flashing in a sequence from left to right Wheelchair is in driving mode. Color depends on battery level.
5 circles all blinking
All LED lights are blinking Wheelchair is in manual (freewheel) mode. Turn off the control module and change the mode using the dedicated levers. Turn on the module again to use the wheelchair in electric mode.

B. MANUAL AND ELECTRIC MODE SWITCHING

To use the wheelchair in manual mode, move down the left and right engine levers located at the back. To use it in electric mode, move the levers up.

C. CHARGER

Two images show the charging ports: one on the control module and one on the battery.

To avoid the risk of fire, do not modify or disconnect the charging circuit while charging the battery.

7. Cleaning and maintenance

8. Battery maintenance and cleaning:

  1. Regularly check the battery level displayed. If the level is very low, charge it immediately to avoid a voltage drop (which may affect battery life).
  2. If wheelchair won't be used for longer period of time, charge battery at least once a month.
  3. Battery has a certain lifespan. Exchange your battery if it wears out.
  4. Battery should be kept clean and away from kids. Avoid causing any shock or damage to the battery.
  5. Charge it regularly to expand its lifespan.
  6. Used batteries should be utilized according to local environmental regulations.

Wheelchair should be kept in dry and well-ventilated space. Avoid: high temperature and its rapid changes, acids, alkalis and corrosive chemicals.

Temperature: -25°C ~+55°C

Humidity: 30-75%

10. Troubleshooting

In the event of a malfunction, the control module will indicate it with a beep and a flashing diode. The number of beeps and LED flashes will help to identify the problem.

Number of flashes Type of problem Cause / possible solution
1 User error User exceeded the limit set by controller. Wheelchair does not turn on. Release the joystick back to center position and try again.
2 Interface error Control panel interface error occurs. Contact the Seller to replace the panel.
3 Battery/charger failure Charger or battery may have been damaged. Check if the power cords are tightened.
4 Left engine failure Check if power cords connected to the left engine are tightened.
5 Right engine failure Check if power cords connected to the right engine are tightened.
6 Failure of left electric brake Check if power cords connected to the left brake are tightened. Look for damages or connection failures.
7 Failure of right electric brake Check if power cords connected to the right brake are tightened. Look for damages or connection failures.
8/9 Control module error Check the connection. Please contact the Seller.
