Safe and effective training can only be achieved when the machine is properly assembled, maintained, and used. Ensure all users are familiar with all warnings, cautions, and precautions for this equipment.

  • Consult your doctor to determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could endanger your health and safety or prevent you from using the equipment correctly. Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.
  • Always pay attention to your body's signals; improper use of the equipment can affect your health. If you experience any symptoms (including headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, or nausea), stop training and consult your doctor before training again.
  • Use the equipment on a stable, level surface and place a protective mat on the floor or carpet to prevent floor damage. Ensure there is at least 0.6 m (2.0 ft) of clearance between the equipment and any obstacles.
  • Wear sportswear, athletic shoes, or other suitable clothing. Loose-fitting clothing is not recommended as it can get caught in the machine, hindering operation and potentially causing injury.
  • Follow the instructions in this manual to use this equipment. Stop operation immediately if you find any defective parts or hear abnormal noises. Ensure all problems are resolved before using the equipment again.
  • Safe use of the equipment is ensured only through regular maintenance and repairs, and replacement of worn or defective parts.
  • Check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened before using the equipment. Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. The machine is for adult use only.
  • This machine is intended for home use only. The maximum user weight is 158 kg (350 lbs) and the maximum user height is 195 cm (6.7 ft).
  • The overall performance of the equipment and all moving parts must be regularly checked to ensure safety.

  • The rowing machine is a non-speed-dependent training device.
  • Be cautious when lifting or moving the training equipment. If necessary, use correct operating methods or ask for assistance from others.
  • When storing the training equipment upright, ensure it is against a wall or on a stable surface. Place it in a secure location away from children to avoid potential injury from falling.

Care and Maintenance

  • Do not store the equipment in a location exposed to direct sunlight, wind, rain, or high humidity. If necessary, pack the equipment to prevent children from touching or playing with it.
  • Check for rust or cracks after prolonged storage. Please understand that wear and tear may occur on wear parts even with proper maintenance.
  • For long-term use, regularly wipe off dust. Do not spray directly with water or clean with gasoline, abrasive powder, etc. Otherwise, it may cause cracks in parts or the casing, electric shock, or fire. Use a diluted neutral detergent for maintenance.

Precautions Before Use:

  • Slide Rail: Before sitting on the machine, check the seat wheels and slide rail for dust and foreign objects. Small items can block the seat wheels and slide rails, obstructing the slide rails and damaging their surface. The slide rails must be checked for dirt and cleaned regularly before each use.
  • Fasteners: Screws must be checked for tightness at the end of the first month of use and every 12 months thereafter.
  • Setup: When storing your rowing machine vertically, choose a suitable location. Use a level surface for operation to avoid vibrations and premature wear.
