- It is crucial to read the user manual carefully before assembling and using the fitness equipment. Proper installation, maintenance, and usage ensure safe and effective training. All users must be familiar with all warnings and precautions.
- Before using the equipment, consult a doctor about your physical condition to prevent accidents during training. If you are undergoing treatment for conditions like heart issues, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, seek medical advice before exercising.
- Always pay attention to your body's condition during training; incorrect methods can harm your health. If you experience symptoms like headaches, chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, or nausea, stop training immediately and consult a doctor before continuing.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment, as it is intended for adult use only.
- Place the equipment on a hard, flat surface with a protective mat or carpet to prevent floor damage. Ensure at least 0.6 meters of clearance around the equipment.
- Before use, check all screws and nuts to ensure they are securely tightened.
- Safe use is guaranteed only through regular repair and maintenance of parts prone to damage, wear, or breakage.
- Ensure the equipment is used according to the instructions. If defective parts are found during assembly or maintenance, or if unusual noises occur during use, stop immediately and resolve all issues before proceeding.
- Wear simple, close-fitting clothing. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in the equipment, hindering operation or causing entrapment.
- This equipment is not intended for medical purposes.
- When lifting or moving the equipment, do so safely, using appropriate handling methods or assistance from another person.
- When storing the equipment upright, place it against a wall or solid surface, away from children, to prevent injuries.
- Do not allow two or more people to use the equipment simultaneously.
- The rowing machine is a speed-dependent training device.
- This equipment is for home use only, with a maximum load capacity of 158kg.
- Children aged 14 and above, and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, may use this equipment if supervised or instructed on safe usage and the associated risks are understood.
- Children must not play with the equipment.
- Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be performed by unsupervised children.
- If the machine stops, approach it cautiously and exit in the direction indicated by the safety exit. To disassemble, the machine must be completely stopped.
- This equipment is intended for consumer use only.
Care and Maintenance
- Do not store the equipment in direct sunlight, wind, rain, or high humidity. If necessary, pack it to prevent children from touching or playing with it.
- Check for rust or cracks after prolonged storage.
- Wear and tear on consumable parts may occur even with proper maintenance.
- When using the equipment for extended periods, wipe off dust regularly. Do not use water, gasoline, or abrasive cleaners, as this can cause cracks or electrical hazards. Use a diluted, neutral cleaning agent for care.
- Cables, rollers, and connection points are wear parts and should be regularly inspected and replaced to ensure normal and safe use.
- If any parts of the rowing machine are damaged, they should be replaced immediately.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1:
Attach the Front Foot Tube (A3) to the Main Frame Assembly (A1) using 4 Hexagon Flat Head Screws (20) and the Allen Key (T2). These screws include spring washers and flat washers.

Step 2:
Screw the Support Tube Assembly (A8) into the Main Frame Assembly (A1) using 3 Inner Hexagon Screws (17) and tighten with the Allen Key (T2). These screws include spring washers and flat washers.

Step 3:
A. Unscrew the pre-assembled 4 Inner Hexagon Screws (31) from the Seat Cushion Assembly (A6) using the Allen Key (T2).
B. Attach the Cushion (A7) to the Seat Cushion Assembly (A6) with the 4 Inner Hexagon Screws (31).
C. Insert the Seat Cushion Assembly (A6) into the Slide Rail Assembly (A2).
HINWEIS (Note):
- The Inner Hexagon Screws (31) are pre-assembled.
- Hold the Seat Cushion Assembly (A6) in the correct direction as shown.
- Place the Seat Cushion Assembly (A6) at the rear end of the rail to facilitate Step 4.

Step 4:
A. Hold the machine upright and screw 2 Hexagon Flat Head Screws (20) into the inside of the Slide Rail Assembly (A2) and the Main Frame Assembly (A1) as shown. HINWEIS (Note): Hold the Seat Cushion Assembly (A6) with one hand to prevent it from falling. Do not fully tighten the screws in Step 4A.
B. Screw in another 4 Hexagon Flat Head Screws (20) into the Slide Rail Assembly (A2) and the Main Frame Assembly (A1).
C. Finally, tighten all screws with the Allen Key (T2).
HINWEIS (Note):
- It is recommended that two people perform the assembly together.
- The Hexagon Flat Head Screws (20) include spring washers and flat washers.

Step 5:
Mount the Pedals (A4 & A5) and the Extension Tube (53) onto the Main Frame Assembly (A1) using the Hexagon Screws (15) and the Multifunction Wrench (T1). HINWEIS (Note): The large hole of the Extension Tube (53) faces the Main Frame Assembly (A1).

Adjustment and Storage Instructions
Adjustable Footrest Adjustment:
Place the machine platform flat on the floor and adjust the adjustable footrests (76) to stabilize the machine.

Storage Method:
Hold the Slide Rail Assembly (A2) with both hands and lift the machine in the direction of the arrow, so that the left corner protector (55), right corner protector (56), and front footrest (47) touch the ground.

Console Guide
Main Operation Guide:
- When the machine is off, the central control knob screen is blank. (Illustration 2)
- When the knob is turned on, a beep sounds, the display lights up, and it is ready. (Illustration 1) After power-on, the resistance automatically resets to Level "1". If there is no operation or movement for 3 minutes, the display turns off, and the machine enters standby mode. (Illustration 2)
- A short press of the knob or pulling the handlebar enters sports mode. The number in the window shows the resistance "LEVEL". (Illustration 3)
During Rowing: The main screen display cycles through the following functions every 3 seconds: Speed, Duration, Distance, Calories, Strokes, and 500m Split Time. The window alternately shows the stroke rate and resistance level. (Illustrations 4/5/6/7)
To lock the mode: Briefly press the knob screen during normal use to switch between required functions. (Illustrations 8/9/10/11)
Adjusting Resistance: During exercise, the resistance level can be adjusted by turning the central control knob. Clockwise rotation increases the level (Level 16 is maximum). Counter-clockwise rotation decreases the level (Level 1 is minimum). (Illustration 12)
Precautions:
- Use the power supply correctly. Unplug the machine when not in use.
- If the machine is used by minors, a guardian must be present to prevent misuse that could damage the machine or cause personal injury.
- The firmware version of this manual may be updated. In case of discrepancies, the physical product takes precedence.
- Note: Ensure correct power supply usage. Unplug the power adapter when not in use. Minors must be supervised by a guardian to prevent accidental misuse leading to machine damage or personal injury.

KINOMAP App Download and Usage
- To download the Kinomap App, scan the QR code or search for "Kinomap" in the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store.
- Open the Kinomap App. Log in or sign up.
- Select the appropriate fitness equipment.
- Turn on Bluetooth and select Merach.
- Select "Rowing Machine" and search for your "MERACH-MR-R02-XXXX".
- Start training and explore various training methods.

Warm-up
Stretch before you train. Warm muscles are easier to stretch. Begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up phase, followed by some of the stretches listed below: Perform each stretch 5 times, holding for 10 seconds or longer per leg. Repeat after training.
- Downward Stretch: Slightly bend your knees, slowly lean your body forward, relax your back and shoulders, and try to touch your toes with your hands. Hold the position for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times. (See Illustration 1)
- Seated Hamstring Stretch: Sit with one leg straight. Position the other leg so its sole rests against the inner thigh of the straight leg. Try to reach your toes with your hand. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. (See Illustration 2)
- Achilles Tendon Stretch: Stand with both hands against a wall or tree, placing one foot behind the other. Keep your back leg straight and heel on the ground, and lean forward. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. (See Illustration 3)
- Quadriceps Stretch: With your right hand, reach back and grasp your right foot, slowly pulling it towards your hip until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh. Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. (See Illustration 4)
- Sartorius Stretch (Inner Thigh Muscle): Sit with the soles of your feet together and knees bent outwards. Grasp your feet with both hands and pull them towards your groin. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times. (See Illustration 5)
Note: This equipment is designed for full-body training. Please follow the warm-up steps above.

Rower Usage Instructions
The Catch: Keep your wrists flat and grip the handle. Place your feet on the footrests and lean slightly forward. Keep your back and arms straight.
The Drive: Start with your legs. Push through the foot pedals with a firm, upright posture. As your legs are almost fully extended, begin pulling the handle.
The Finish: Pull the handle to the space between your chest and navel.
The Recovery: Reverse the motion and return to the starting position. Then, repeat the exercise.

MERACH will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are possible for first-time buyers within the first 30 days of purchase. This warranty applies only to personal use and not to commercial, rental, or other uses for which the product is not intended. There are no other warranties than those expressly given with each product.
This warranty is non-transferable. MERACH is not liable for damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, user negligence, misuse, or improper operation not conforming to the accompanying user manual.
This Warranty Does Not Apply In The Following Cases:
- Damage due to misuse, accident, modification, or vandalism.
- Improper or insufficient maintenance.
- Damage during return transport.
- Unsupervised use by children under 14 years of age.
MERACH and its affiliates are only responsible for damages caused by intended use or as per the instructions in the user manual. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
