Safety Instructions
Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
- Safe and effective training requires proper assembly, maintenance, and use. Ensure all users are familiar with warnings and precautions.
- Consult your physician before use, especially if you have medical conditions or are taking medication affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol.
- Pay attention to your body's signals. If you experience symptoms like headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or dizziness, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician.
- Use the machine on stable, horizontal ground and consider a protective layer to prevent floor damage. Ensure at least 2.0 ft (0.6m) clearance from obstacles.
- Wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Avoid loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in the machine.
- Follow instructions in this manual. Stop use immediately if any defective parts are found or abnormal sounds are heard, and ensure issues are resolved before resuming.
- Regular maintenance and timely replacement of worn or broken parts are crucial for safe use.
- Check all screws and nuts are tightened before each use. Keep children and pets away; the machine is for adult use only.
- Maximum user weight is 350lbs/158kg. Regularly check the machine's overall performance and moving parts for safety.
- Keep children away from the machine; it is not intended for their use or play, as they can injure themselves accidentally.
- Do not use the machine if moving parts are damaged until repaired.
- This machine is not for professional medical treatment and is intended for family use only.
- When lifting or moving the equipment, pay attention to safety, use correct methods, or seek assistance.
- When storing upright, secure it against a wall or fixed surface in a safe location away from children to prevent falling injuries.
Care & Maintenance
- Do not store in direct sunlight, rain, or high humidity. Pack to keep children away from touching or playing with it.
- Check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
- Understand that consumable parts may wear out even with proper maintenance.
- For long-term use, wipe dust regularly. Do not use water directly, gasoline, or abrasive powder, as this may cause cracks, electric shock, or fire. Use a dilute neutral detergent for maintenance.
Precautions before Use
- Slide Rail: Before use, check the seat wheels and slide rail for dust and foreign bodies. Clean regularly to prevent damage.
- Fasteners: Check bolt tightness at the end of the first month and every 12 months.
- Placement: When storing vertically, choose a suitable location and a flat surface to avoid shaking and premature wear.

Installation Guide
Follow these steps to assemble your MERACH NovaRow R50:
STEP 1:
- Slide the Seat Cushion (#77) into the Slide Rail (#11) in the direction of the arrow.
- Remove 2PCS Countersunk Head Screw (#130), 2PCS Flat Head Hex Socket Bolt (#92) and 4PCS Acorn Nut (#121) from the Rear Foot Tube (#12).
- Assemble the Rear Foot Tube (#12) to the Slide Rail (#11) using 2PCS Countersunk Head Screw (#130), 2PCS Flat Head Hex Socket Bolt (#92) and 4PCS Acorn Nut (#121). Ensure correct orientation of screws.
STEP 2:
- Assemble the Pedal Support Plate L (#7) onto the Main Frame (#1) using 2PCS Outer Hexagonal Screw (#100) and 2PCS Washes (#111). Align holes and tighten with the Open Wrench (#132).
- Assemble the Cover For Pedals (#23) onto the Main Frame (#1) and secure with 3PCS Self Tapping Screw (#84).
- Use 1PCS Self Tapping Screw (#84) to lock the Right Cover For Pedals (#23).
STEP 3:
- Assemble the Long Support Plate (#3) and Short Support Plate (#4) onto the Front Foot Tube (#2) using 4PCS Flat Head Hex Socket Bolt (#92). Note the order of the plates.
STEP 4:
- Assemble the Front Foot Tube (#2) to the Main Frame (#1) using 4PCS Flat Head Hex Socket Bolt (#92).
- It is recommended to place the machine on soft carpet or packaging to avoid scratches.
STEP 5:
WARNING: At least two people are required when connecting or disconnecting the Slide Rail (#11). Do not attempt to lift the main frame if you have musculoskeletal limitations. Keep fingers and hands away from the folding mechanism to prevent injury.
WARNING: Do not attempt to operate the unit when it is disassembled.
CAUTION: Do not lean on or lay anything on the machine, as this may cause it to become unstable and fall over.
- When connecting the Slide Rail (#11) to the Main Frame (#1), lift the Main Frame (#1) using the Pedal Strap (#76). Ensure the groove on the lower hanger plastic (38) on the Slide Rail (#11) aligns with the Hanger Shaft Thread (#59) between the foot pedals, then press down to complete the assembly.
Product Operation Guide
Wind Wheel Adjustment
Adjust the wind resistance and control speed by toggling the mesh adjustment piece. The numbers indicate resistance levels from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest). Tilt upward to increase resistance and slow down; tilt downward to decrease resistance and speed up.
Foot Pedal Adjustment
Adjust foot pedals for optimal placement:
- Open the Velcro, release the foot strap, and place your feet through the strap onto the foot pedal.
- Adjust the height of the foot pedal up or down until the heel is supported and the strap is positioned at the widest part of your foot.
- Tighten the strap and secure the Velcro.
Storage Instructions
After disassembling, store the machine in a place near a wall, away from children and pets. During transportation or storage, place the tail end of the slide rail facing downwards to avoid injury.
Transportation and Storage
When transporting or storing, refer to placement figures. Be cautious as the seat cushion may slide off.

Button Functions
- SET: Short press to increase setting one by one; long press for rapid increase.
- MODE: Confirm key for functions/settings; Pause key in EXERCISE MODE.
- RESET: In FUNCTION SELECTION MODE, go back to previous functions. In SETTING MODE, clear current setting. In PAUSE MODE, return to standby. Long press for 3 seconds to clear all exercise values (except TOTAL STROKES). TOTAL STROKES clears automatically when the battery is removed.

Monitor Operation
- POWER ON: After power on (or press RESET for 3s), buzzer sounds, functions display, then enters STANDBY MODE.
- STANDBY MODE: Displays functions sequentially. Enters SLEEP MODE after 4 mins of no signal.
- EXERCISE COMPLETION: Screen shows "STOP", displays data. Press MODE to restart, RESET to return to STANDBY. Auto-enters STANDBY after 4 mins of inactivity or completion.
- EXERCISE PAUSE: Press MODE to pause. Press MODE again to resume. Auto-enters STANDBY after 4 mins of inactivity.
- VR SYNCHRONIZED DISPLAY: Press SET in STANDBY/EXERCISE mode to view resistance LEVEL (01-10). Press SET again to exit. Monitor tracks data during VR display.
- MANUAL PROGRAM: Enter MANUAL mode by RPM signal or pressing MODE twice in STANDBY. Common window switches data every 5 seconds. Auto-enters STANDBY after 4 mins of inactivity.
- INTERVAL MODE: Select INTERVAL mode via MODE then SET. Confirm with MODE.
- INTERVAL 20-10: Select INTERVAL 20-10 via SET, start with MODE. Screen shows "READY", then "WORK 01/08" (20s work), then "REST 01/08" (10s rest). Loops repeat, incrementing count until "WORK 08/08". Auto-enters STANDBY.
- INTERVAL 10-20: Similar to 20-10, but with 10s work and 20s rest.
- INTERVAL CUSTOM: Set custom work and rest times. Select "CUSTOM" via SET, confirm with MODE. Set ROUND (01-99), WORK TIME (0:05-10:00), REST TIME (0:05-10:00).
- TARGET MODE: Select TARGET MODE via MODE then SET, confirm with MODE.
- TARGET TIME: Set desired exercise time.
- TARGET DISTANCE: Set desired distance.
- TARGET CALORIES: Set desired calorie goal.
- TARGET STROKES: Set desired stroke goal.
- TARGET PULSE: Set desired target heart rate (Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor not included).
- SWITCH METRIC/INCH MODE: Press SET & RESET together for 2s to enter. Switch units with SET, confirm with MODE. Press RESET to return to STANDBY.
- BLUETOOTH CONNECTION MODE: Monitor supports Bluetooth connection. Displays "BT" when connected to APP via Bluetooth. Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor not included.
- VR CALIBRATION MODE: Enter by pressing RESET & MODE for 3s in STANDBY. Adjust VR to first and highest segments. Monitor returns to STANDBY, dividing values into 10 segments. Equipment is pre-calibrated.
APP Setup Instruction
Download and use of MERACH
- Download the MERACH app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store by scanning the QR code or searching "MERACH".
- Open the MERACH app and Log In or Sign Up.
- Follow the in-app instructions to set up your device.
Download and use of KINOMAP
- Download the Kinomap app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store by scanning the QR code or searching "Kinomap".
- Open the Kinomap app and Log In or Sign Up.
- Select the corresponding fitness equipment.
- Turn on Bluetooth and choose Merach.
- Select the machine type and find the Model "MRK-R50-XXX".
- Start training and explore different workout methods.
Warm-up
Do stretches before exercising. Warm muscles are easier to stretch. Perform the following stretches 5 times, holding each for 10 seconds or more per leg. Repeat after the workout.
- Stretch down: Bend knees slightly, lean forward, relax back and shoulders, try to touch toes. Hold for 10-15 seconds, relax. Repeat 3 times.
- Seated hamstring stretch: Sit with one leg straight, bring the other leg in. Touch feet with hands. Hold for 10-15 seconds, relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
- Calf and Achilles tendon stretch: Stand with hands against a wall, one foot behind the other. Keep back leg straight, heel on the ground, lean towards the wall. Hold for 10-15 seconds, relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
- Quadriceps stretch: Reach back with your right hand, grab your right foot, pull towards hips until thigh muscles tense. Hold for 10-15 seconds, relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
- Sartorius (inner thigh muscle) stretch: Sit with feet facing each other, knees out. Grab feet with both hands, pull towards groin. Hold for 10-15 seconds, relax. Repeat 3 times.
Note: This machine is full body training equipment; follow these warm-up steps.

Terms & Policy
MERACH products are premium in material, craftsmanship, and service. The MERACH 1-year limited warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
MERACH will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are available to original purchasers within the first 30 days. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not apply to commercial, rental, or other unintended uses.
This warranty is non-transferable. MERACH is not responsible for damages caused by equipment failure, user negligence, abuse, or improper operation not following the manual.
This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Damage in return transit.
- Unsupervised use by children under 14 years old.
MERACH and its subsidiaries are responsible only for damages caused by intended use or as instructed in the manual. Some states may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential losses.
All expressed and implied warranties, including merchantability, are limited to the period of the limited warranty.
