Bluetooth Adding Process with Network

Important: Before adding a camera, ensure the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone is turned on and remains active during the adding process. If a prompt box appears for Bluetooth or Bluetooth authorization, follow the steps to enable it.

  1. Step 1: After the camera is powered on, open the "EseeCloud" APP and click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the "Device Group" interface to enter the device adding interface. If a permission prompt appears, click "Agree".
  2. Step 2: The APP will automatically search for new devices. If a device is found, click the "Add" button next to "Network camera". If you do not see a pop-up device box, click "Scan to add" to scan the QR code on the camera body. A "Scan to add" screen shows a camera icon and text "Scan the device body code with your mobile phone to add".

Help FAQ

Q1: Why is the pairing network unsuccessful?

  1. Ensure the distance among the camera, router, and mobile phone is close enough during network configuration.
  2. Verify that both 2.4G WiFi and 5G WiFi signals connected to the mobile phone are working correctly.
  3. Check if the WiFi name and password entered are correct.
  4. Long press the reset button for 5 seconds to restore the camera to factory settings, then try pairing again.

  3. If the WiFi password has been changed, try resetting the camera and pairing again.
