Assembly tools shown in the initial image include ropes, L-shaped wrenches (Allen keys), and a standard wrench.
Step 1: Main Structure Assembly
Assemble four sets of No. 5 curve tubes together to form one arch section. Use the shorter bolts (No. 8) for this connection. Place the assembled curve tubes on flat ground, ensure they are horizontal, and then tighten the nuts. Assemble four sets of No. 5 tubes with No. 6 tubes in the same manner to create additional arch sections.
Next, assemble two sets of floor tubes (No. 3 + No. 4) using the shorter bolts. Then, connect the horizontal frame tubes (No. 4 + No. 3 + No. 3) together.
Step 2: Frame Assembly
Assemble two sets of diagonal support tubes (No. 7 + No. 7A) using the shorter bolts (No. 8).
Loosely assemble the complete frame structure. Ensure all connections are made but do not fully tighten bolts yet. Tightening will occur in the final position.
Step 3: Frame Assembly Continued
Continue assembling the main frame structure by connecting the various tubes and arches. Pay attention to the diagrams for correct placement of each part.
Loosely assemble the complete frame. Ensure all connections are made but do not fully tighten bolts yet. Tightening will occur in the final position.
Step 4: Frame Assembly and Caps
Continue assembling the frame structure, adding more connecting tubes and reinforcing elements.
Important: Put all plastic caps (No. 16) on each end of the tubes first. This is to avoid any possible tear damage when covering the roof.
Loosely assemble the completed frame. Ensure all connections are made but do not fully tighten bolts yet. Tightening will occur in the final position.
Step 5: Ground Preparation and Frame Placement
For maximum stability of your polytunnel, it is recommended to dig a trench around the base of the structure. The trench should be approximately 20cm wide and dug around the entire perimeter where the greenhouse will sit.
Carefully place the assembled frame inside the prepared trench. Once positioned, fill the trench with soil to secure the frame firmly to the ground.
Step 6: Cover Attachment and Securing
Carefully attach the cover (No. 15) to the frame. Tie the string located at the back of the cover to the frame to help secure it.
Use the ropes (No. 14) and stakes (No. 13) provided. Secure these to the four corners of the greenhouse to reinforce its stability against wind and movement.
WARNING
Covering the roof requires care. Ensure all parts of the cover are in the correct position to avoid distorting the greenhouse frame structure.
DO NOT USE IN BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS, such as rainstorm, hailstone, heavy snow, and heavy wind.
