Base Layout
Assemble for 2 sets floor tubes No3+No4+No3 using the shorter bolts, and the horizontal frame No4+No3+No3+No3+No3+No3 together.
Step 1: Assemble the Frame Base
Loosely assemble the complete frame, before tightening all bolts in the final position.
Diagram Description: This step shows the initial assembly of the greenhouse frame, connecting various tubes (labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, 7) using bolts (labeled 8) and possibly nuts (labeled 10). Close-up views illustrate how the bolts and tubes are joined.
Step 2: Add Curved Supports
Loosely assemble the complete frame, before tightening all bolts in the final position.
Diagram Description: This step continues the frame assembly, introducing curved tubes (labeled 5) and straight tubes (labeled 6) to the structure. Bolts (labeled 10) are used for connections. Close-up views show the connection details.
Step 3: Continue Frame Assembly
Assemble for curve tubes No5+No5+No5+No.6. Loosely assemble the complete frame, before tightening all bolts in the final position.
Diagram Description: This step shows the assembly of the curved sections of the greenhouse using tubes labeled 5 and 6, connected with bolts (labeled 10) and possibly other components (labeled 1, 3, 4, 7). The overall structure begins to take its arched shape.
Step 4: Add Plastic Caps
Put all plastic caps No16 on each end of the tubes firstly to avoid any possible tear damage when covering the roof.
Diagram Description: This step illustrates the placement of plastic caps (labeled 16) on the ends of the greenhouse frame tubes. It also shows the continued assembly of the frame, with bolts (labeled 8, 10) and possibly other parts (labeled 9) being used.
Step 5: Secure the Greenhouse Base
For maximum stability of your polytunnel, we recommend digging a 20cm width trench around the base of the polytunnel and back. Put the frame inside the trench, filling with the soil.
Diagram Description: This step shows two scenarios. The first depicts digging a trench around the base of the greenhouse. The second shows the greenhouse frame being placed into the trench and secured with soil.
Step 6: Attach the Cover and Secure
Tied the string in the back of the cover to the frame. Use the ropes (labeled 13) and stakes (labeled 14) for the four corners of the greenhouse to reinforce its stability. The cover (labeled 15) is shown being attached.
WARNING: Covering the roof carefully, ensuring all places are in the right position, and avoiding making the frame structure of the greenhouse out of shape.
DO NOT USE IN BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS, such as rainstorm, hailstone, heavy snow, and heavy wind.
Diagram Description: This step shows the greenhouse cover being pulled over the frame and secured. Ropes and stakes are used to anchor the greenhouse, particularly at the corners, for stability.
