Assembly Steps
Step 01
Begin by connecting pipes labeled 'B' and 'C' using the provided connectors. Refer to the diagram for specific placement. The diagram shows a geodesic framework being formed, with circular markers indicating connection points. Some connections use a '2' marker, and others use a '5' marker. Pipe 'B' is shown in red, and pipe 'C' is shown in green.
Step 02
Continue building the geodesic structure by adding more pipes and connectors. The diagram shows the structure expanding, with more '2' markers and new '4' markers appearing at connection points. Pipes labeled 'C' are used in this step.
Step 03
Add pipes labeled 'F' to the structure. These are shown in red and connect to points marked with '4' and '2'.
Step 04
Incorporate pipes labeled 'E' (shown in red) and 'H' (shown in green). These connect to points marked with '2' and '4'.
Step 05
Attach pipes labeled 'B' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '4' and '2'.
Step 06
Add pipes labeled 'C' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '4' and '2'.
Step 07
Attach pipes labeled 'D' (4 pcs) and 'G' (2 pcs). The diagram shows 'D' pipes in red and 'G' pipes in green. These connect to points marked with '4', '6', '1', and '5'. Specific connectors are shown in detail, including a Y-shaped connector and a connector with multiple outlets.
Step 08
Incorporate pipes labeled 'A' (shown in red). These connect to points marked with '3', '4', and '6'.
Step 09
Add pipes labeled 'B' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '3' and '4'.
Step 10
Attach pipes labeled 'C' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '4'.
Step 11
Incorporate pipes labeled 'A' (shown in red). These connect to points marked with '4' and '3'.
Step 12
Add pipes labeled 'B' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '4' and '3'.
Step 13
Attach pipes labeled 'C' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '4' and '3'.
Step 14
Add pipes labeled 'B' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '4' and '3'.
Step 15
Incorporate pipes labeled 'C' (shown in red). These connect to points marked with '4' and '3'.
Step 16
Add pipes labeled 'B' (shown in red) to the structure, connecting points marked with '4' and '3'.
Step 17
Incorporate pipes labeled 'A' (shown in pink) connecting to points marked with '4' and '3'.
Step 18
The final step involves placing the PVC cover over the assembled geodesic frame. The diagram shows the cover being lowered onto the structure. Detailed views of connectors and their assembly with clamps are provided.
