Step 1: Connect Fan Cable

Connect the 4-pin PWM fan cable to an available header on your motherboard or fan controller.

What is and is not Covered:

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, shipping damage, or normal wear and tear. NZXT is not responsible for product suitability for your specific needs.

Exclusion of Damages:

NZXT's liability is limited to repair or replacement. NZXT is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

Submit a request via the NZXT Support site. Provide proof of purchase. For returns, an RMA number is required. Follow shipping instructions carefully to prevent damage.

Limitations of Implied Warranties:

Implied warranties are limited to the duration specified in Paragraph I.
