  • Ensure the scooter is off and the charging port rubber cover is securely fastened during cleaning to prevent electric shock or serious failure due to water ingress.
  • Store the scooter indoors in a dry and cool place when not in use. Avoid long-term outdoor storage.
  • Prolonged sun exposure, overheating, and cold outdoor environments accelerate the aging of the scooter and tires, reducing their service life.

Tire Inflation Maintenance

This scooter uses vacuum tires. If the tire height decreases by 20%-30%, it needs inflation. The recommended tire pressure is 45-50 psi after inflation. Inflate the tire at least once every 2-3 months. Regular inflation and cleaning of tire debris will prolong tire life.

  • Do not touch battery contacts, disassemble, or puncture the casing. Avoid metal objects contacting battery contacts to prevent short circuits, damage, or injury/death.
  • Avoid fully depleting the battery before recharging; recharge as soon as possible to prolong battery life.
  • Use only the original power adapter to avoid damage or fire.
  • Fully charge the battery before storing it to extend its lifespan.
  • Do not store the scooter in environments above 50°C or below -20°C (e.g., in a car exposed to sun). Do not place in fire, as it may cause battery failure, overheating, or fire.
  • Battery performance is optimal at normal temperatures. Performance may decrease below 0°C. Refer to the app for remaining mileage.
  • If not used for an extended period, fully charge, store in a cool, dry place, and recharge every 30 days to prevent battery damage (which is not covered by warranty).
  • Improper disposal of used batteries pollutes the environment. Dispose of batteries according to local regulations.
