- WARNING! As with any mechanical component, a vehicle is subject to high stresses and wear. Materials and components may react differently to wear or fatigue. If a component's expected service life is exceeded, it may break suddenly, risking injury. Cracks, scratches, and discoloration in high-stress areas indicate a component has exceeded its service life and should be replaced.
- Maintenance that can be performed by the user includes routine inspection, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Instructions cover all functions, especially the driving power assistance start mode (e.g., pushing the vehicle by more than 4 km/h and activating the power assistance mode).
- Do not place the scooter in temperatures higher than 50℃ or lower than -20℃ (e.g., in a car exposed to the sun in summer). Do not put the scooter into a fire, as it may lead to battery failure, overheating, and fire risk.

- Take time to learn the basics of practice to avoid serious accidents in the first months.
- Keep printed instructions for further reference and read them carefully before use.
Cleaning and Storage
If there are stains on the scooter's surface, use a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of water to wipe. For difficult stains, use toothpaste and brush them repeatedly, then clean with a damp cloth. If plastic parts are scratched, use sandpaper or other abrasive materials to polish them.
Attention:
- Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive/volatile chemical solvents for cleaning, as they will damage the appearance and internal structure.
- It is forbidden to use a pressure water gun to spray and wash.
- Ensure the scooter is off and the charging port rubber cover is tightly fastened during cleaning to prevent electric shock or serious failure due to water inflow.
- When not in use, store in a dry and cool place indoors. Avoid long-term outdoor storage. Long-term sun exposure, overheating, and cold outdoor environments accelerate aging and reduce the service life of the scooter and battery pack.
Tire Inflation Maintenance
This product uses vacuum tires. When the tire height sinks 20%-30%, it needs inflation. The recommended tire pressure is 45-50Psi after inflation. The tire should be inflated at least once every 2-3 months. Regular inflation and cleaning of tire surface debris can prolong the service life of the tire.
Battery Maintenance
- Do not use battery packs of other models or brands, as this may pose safety risks.
- It is strictly forbidden to disassemble, squeeze, or puncture this product. Do not throw it into water, fire (including heat sources like stoves or heaters), or expose it to an environment with a temperature higher than 50℃.
- Water entering the battery may cause damage to the internal circuit and poses a risk of fire or explosion. If water is suspected to have entered the battery, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service.
- Do not touch the battery contacts, disassemble, or puncture the case. Avoid metal objects contacting the battery contacts, as this may cause short circuits, damage the battery, or cause personal injury or death.
- Avoid recharging after the battery is completely depleted. Try to charge as soon as possible to prolong the service life of the battery.
- Only use the original power adapter when charging, otherwise there is a danger of damage or fire.
- Fully charge the battery before storing after each use to help extend its life.
- Do not place the scooter in environments above 50℃ or below -20℃ (e.g., in a car exposed to the sun in summer). It is forbidden to throw the scooter into a fire, as it may cause battery failure, overheating, and fire risk.
- When used at normal temperature, the battery pack can provide higher range and performance. If used in an environment below 0℃, battery life and performance will decrease. Refer to the APP for details on remaining mileage display.
- If the scooter will not be used for a long time, fully charge it first, store it in a cool and dry place, and fully charge it every 30 days. Otherwise, the battery may be damaged, and such damage is not covered by the warranty.
- Improper disposal of used batteries can seriously pollute the environment. Abide by local regulations when disposing of the battery pack. Do not throw away the battery pack to protect the natural environment.
