Maintenance Steps

The following steps outline the maintenance procedure for the Geberit Typ 333 filling valve.

Section 1: Disassembly and Cleaning

1. Step 1: Disconnect the water supply and remove the valve from the cistern. The diagram shows a component being unscrewed from the main valve body.

2. Step 2: Further disassemble the valve components. The illustration depicts removing a threaded part from the valve.

3. Step 3: Clean individual parts. This step shows a component being rinsed under running water from a faucet.

Section 2: Reassembly and Installation

1. Step 1: Reassemble the valve components in the reverse order of disassembly. The diagram shows the reassembly of the main valve mechanism.

2. Step 2: Ensure all parts are securely fitted. An arrow indicates a rotational movement for securing a component.

3. Step 3: Reinstall the valve into the cistern. The illustration shows the valve being inserted into its housing.

4. Step 4: Connect the water supply and check for leaks. This step shows the valve installed in a cistern, with water flowing from a faucet into the cistern.
