Maintenance Procedures

This manual provides detailed instructions for the maintenance of the Geberit Alpha 8 cm flushing actuator.

Section 1: Actuator Installation and Adjustment

1. Step 1: Initial mounting of the actuator plate. Arrows indicate the sequence of operations.
2. Step 2: Securing the actuator plate with screws. A wrench symbol indicates the tool required.
3. Step 3: Further securing the actuator assembly with screws.
4. Step 4 (2020 models): Illustrates the mounting mechanism for models from 2020.
5. Step 5 (2021 models): Illustrates the mounting mechanism for models from 2021.

Section 2: Water Supply and Flushing Mechanism Maintenance

1. Step 1: Connecting the water supply lines. Symbols indicate water inlet and outlet.
2. Step 2: Installing the flushing valve.
3. Step 3: Assembling the flushing valve components.
4. Step 4: Adjusting the flush pipe height.
5. Step 5: Adjusting the flush valve mechanism. Arrows indicate the direction of adjustment.
6. Step 6: Connecting the flush pipe.

Section 3: Further Adjustments and Components

1. Step 7: Adjusting the flush pipe.
2. Step 8: Adjusting the flush valve.
3. Step 9: Final adjustment of the actuator mechanism.

Section 4: Flush Volume Adjustment Information

The diagram shows flush volume settings for 7.5L, 6.0L, and 4.5L. Arrows indicate adjustment points (+/-).

NOTE: Not applicable for US installations. Flush volume modifications shown are a violation of US federal law. DO NOT ATTEMPT!
