Geberit Montage
240.135/136/139
Assembly Steps
1. Close the stop valve
Close the stop valve (Absperrventil / Chiudere il rubinetto d'arresto / Fermer le robinet d'arrêt / Hoekstopkraan dichtdraaien).
Diagram shows a toilet cistern connection. Valve 'A' is depicted as being turned to close the water supply.
2. Dismantle the cistern
Dismantle the cistern (Spülkasten demontieren / Smontare la cassetta di risciacquamento / Démonter le réservoir de chasse / Reservoir demonteren).
Diagram illustrates the process of detaching the toilet cistern. A red component is shown being removed. Measurements are provided for installation:
Length (L): 16–25 cm
Height (Y): Y = L – 11 cm
Example Calculation (Z.B.): If L = 20 cm, then Y = 20 – 11 = 9 cm.
Inset diagrams show the specific steps for detaching the cistern mechanism, indicating how to release and remove parts.
Important Note
Warning: Ensure only water is released during this process. (German: nur Wasser!, French: seulement de l'eau!, Italian: solamente acqua!, Dutch: allen water!).
Diagram shows components of the cistern, identified with the part number 240.139. These appear to be related to the flushing mechanism.
