VII. Wiring Diagram
Two wiring diagrams are provided for AC230V 50/60HZ systems:
2-pipe system: Shows connections for terminals L, N, Hi, Low, Val 1, Mid, NO, NC, and numbered terminals 1 through 9.
4-pipe system: Shows connections for terminals L, N, Hi, Low, Val 1, Val 2, Mid, NO, NC, and numbered terminals 1 through 9.
VIII. Operation Instruction
- Setting Power on/off: Press the [Power Button] to turn the device on or off.
- Setting Temperature: Press the [Up Button] [▲] or [Down Button] [▼] to set the desired temperature. The factory default is 26°C.
- Setting the System Mode: Press the [Mode Button] [M] to select heating, cooling, or ventilation. The factory default is ventilation.
- Setting the Fan Speed: Press the [Fan Button] to select the fan speed. Options are [Low Speed] (factory default), [Mid Speed], [High Speed], and [Auto Speed]. In auto mode, the fan speed adjusts based on the comparison between room temperature and set temperature.
- Setting the Day Program Schedules:
- Press and hold the [Mode Button] [M] for 3 seconds. The hour (hh) will flash. Press [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the hour.
- Press [Mode Button] [M]. The minute (mm) will flash. Press [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the minute. This sets the real time.
- Press [Mode Button] [M]. The week indicator (e.g., '1' for Monday) will flash. Press [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the day of the week (1-7).
- Press [Mode Button] [M]. Period 1 and its hour (hh) will flash. Press [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the hour.
- Press [Mode Button] [M]. Period 1 and its minute (mm) will flash. Press [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the minute. Press [Set Button] [S] to confirm.
- Repeat the process for Period 2, Period 3, and Period 4.
- After setting Period 4, the screen will display "Loop", indicating the programmable setting is finished for the day.
- Setting the Regular Boot:
- Press and hold the [Mode Button] [M] for more than 3 seconds. After setting the time, press the [Set Button] [S] until the hour (hh) blinks. Press the [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the hours.
- Press the [Mode Button] [M] until the minute (mm) blinks. Press the [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the minutes.
- Press the [Set Button] [S] to confirm. The blinking stops, and the regular boot setup is complete.
- To cancel regular boot, press [Mode Button] [M] to enter the regular boot state, then press the [Set Button] [S]. The icon will blink, indicating cancellation.
- Setting the Off Timer:
- After setting the regular boot, press the [Mode Button] [M] again until the hour (hh) blinks. Press the [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the hours.
- Press the [Mode Button] [M] until the minute (mm) blinks. Press the [Up Button] [▲] to adjust the minutes.
- Press the [Set Button] [S] to confirm. The blinking stops, and the off timer setup is complete.
- To cancel the off timer, press [Mode Button] [M] to enter the off timer state, then press the [Set Button] [S]. The icon will blink, indicating cancellation.
- Settings for the third and fourth periods follow the same procedure as the first and second periods. The icons represent [Timer On], [Timer Off], [Home In], and [Home Out].
- Setting the Circulation of Timer Switch:
- After setting the timer switch time, press the [Mode Button] [M]. The screen will display "Loop".
- Press the [Up Button] [▲]. The week display area will show the day of the week, or options like "12345", "123456", or "1234567".
- If only the day of the week is displayed, the timer switch setting is valid only for that day.
- "12345" means the timer switch is valid from Monday to Friday, and invalid on Saturday and Sunday.
- "123456" means the timer switch is valid from Monday to Saturday, and invalid on Sunday.
- "1234567" means the timer switch is valid every day.
- Advanced Setting Mode:
- Temperature Adjustment: (Use only if the room temperature differs from the actual temperature.) In power-on status, press and hold the [Set Button] [S] for about 7 seconds. "XX X" will display on the bottom of the screen (e.g., "26 5" means 26.5°C). Press the [Up Button] [▲] or [Down Button] [▼] to modify the temperature. The setting confirms automatically after 7 seconds of blinking.
- Fan Coil Controlling Mode Setting (Only for 2-pipe systems): (Allows selection of fan coil control: 'In control' or 'Out of control'.) In power-on status, press and hold the [Set Button] [S] for about 7 seconds. "XX X" will display. Continue pressing [Set Button] [S] until "F00" or "F01" is displayed. Press the [Up Button] [▲] to choose between "F00" and "F01".
- In "F00" mode, the fan coil stops working when the room temperature reaches the set temperature.
- In "F01" mode, the fan coil continues working when the room temperature reaches the set temperature.
IX. Installation Instruction
This product is suitable for a standard 80x80mm wall box.
- Connect the power and valve lines to the terminals. Fix the wall plate into the wall box using a screwdriver.
- Connect the wires to the LCD board.
- Connect the LCD board to the wall plate.
NOTICE: The installation wire should be 1.5-2.5mm².
