Economical and Safe Operation: Vitotronic Control System
The Vitomax LW boilers are equipped with the advanced Vitotronic control system, featuring a large color touchscreen for intuitive operation. This system enables quick commissioning via an assistant function and straightforward daily use.
- Vitotronic 100: Boiler control unit with color touchscreen.
- Vitotronic 200 (Type CO1E): For weather-compensated operation, featuring a color touchscreen.
- Vitotronic 300 (Type CM1E): A highly sophisticated energy manager controller designed for multi-boiler systems, supporting up to 8 boilers.
The boiler can be connected directly to the internet via an integrated LAN interface for remote monitoring. The Vitosoft 300 service tool communicates directly via WLAN. Energy consumption can be clearly visualized on the control unit's energy cockpit.
Integration into Building Management Systems (BMS) is possible when used in conjunction with the Vitogate 300 accessory.

Boiler Construction
The Vitomax LW is a three-pass boiler designed for efficient heat transfer and low emissions. Its internal structure includes:
- 1. Combustion chamber (first pass): Where combustion takes place.
- 2. Second pass heating gas flue (on both sides): Guides hot gases for further heat exchange.
- 3. Third pass heating gas flue: Completes the gas path for maximum heat extraction.
- 4. Highly effective thermal insulation: Minimizes heat loss.
