Tools Needed

Some parts come with screws pre-installed. Loosen and tighten for final assembly.

• Screwdriver (Phillips head)
• Wrench

Hardware Package List

• A (x16): Truss Head Screw (Black) 1/4-20 x 1/2"
• B (x13): Truss Head Screw (Black) 5/32-32 x 2/5"
• C (x4): Flat Washer 1/4"
• D (x2): Flat Washer 5/32"
• E (x2): Nut 5/16"

Assembly Steps

1. Attach Part 13 to the bottom of Part 1. Attach Part 1 to the bottom of Part 1, inserting the tab into the slot on Part 13.
2. Attach Part 14 to the bottom of Part 2. Attach Part 2 to the bottom of Part 2, inserting the tab into the slot on Part 14.
3. Attach Part 12 (wheel) to the bottom of Part 4 using Part E (nut) and a wrench. Repeat for Part 5 and Part 12.
4. Connect Part 3 to Part 1 and Part 2. Connect Part 3 between the bottom ends of Part 1 and Part 2. Secure with screws.
5. Attach Part 8 to the side of the assembled frame. Attach Part 8 to the left side of the frame using Part A screws (x4).
6. Attach Part 5 to the side of the assembled frame. Attach Part 5 to the right side of the frame.
7. Attach Part 6 to the assembled frame. Attach Part 6 to the lower section of the frame.
8. Attach Part 9 to the side of the assembled frame. Attach Part 9 to the right side of the frame using Part A screws (x4).
9. Attach the front panel (Part 10) to the frame. Slide the front panel into place and secure it.
10. Attach the side shelf supports (Part 15) to the frame. Attach Part 15 to the frame using Part B screw (x1).
11. Attach the side shelf brackets (Part 16) to the frame. Attach Part 16 to the frame.
12. Place the grill body (Part 17) onto the assembled frame. Lower the grill body onto the frame.
13. Attach the side shelf brackets (Part 19) to the grill body. Attach Part 19 to the grill body using Part A screws (x4).
14. Attach the side shelf (Part 18) to the bracket. Attach Part 18 to Part 19 using Part B screws (x3).
15. Attach the side shelf bracket (Part 21) to the grill body. Attach Part 21 to the grill body using Part A screws (x2) and Part C washers (x2).
16. Attach the side shelf (Part 20) to the bracket. Attach Part 20 to Part 21 using Part B screws (x3).
17. Attach the side shelf bracket (Part 21) to the grill body. Attach Part 21 to the grill body using Part A screws (x2) and Part C washers (x2).
18. Attach the handles (Part 29) to the side shelves. Attach Part 29 to the side shelves using Part B screws (x4).
19. Place the grates (Part 25) into the grill. Insert Part 25 into the grill.
20. Place the warming rack (Part 26) into the grill. Insert Part 26 into the grill.
21. Place the warming rack (Part 27) into the grill. Insert Part 27 into the grill.
22. Attach the regulator and hose assembly (Part 28). Connect Part 28 to the gas inlet.
23. Attach the grease tray support (Part 23) to the grill body. Attach Part 23 to the grill body using Part B screws (x2) and Part D washers (x2).
24. Attach the grease tray (Part 22) to the support. Place Part 22 onto Part 23.
25. Place the grease cup (Part 24) into the grease tray support. Insert Part 24 into the designated slot.
26. Connect the propane tank. Secure the propane tank.
27. Connect the gas line. Ensure a secure connection.
