Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach item 16 (Propane hose/regulator assembly) to item 1 (Base frame) using the provided wrench.
Step 2
Attach item 24 (Front panel support) to the base frame. Ensure it is properly aligned.
Step 3
Attach four caster wheels (item 9) to the designated mounting points on the base frame using sixteen screws (item A). Note: One caster may have a locking mechanism (?).
Step 4
Attach item 2 (Side shelf support) to the base frame.
Step 5
Slide the left side panel (item 3) into place on the base frame.
Step 6
Slide the right side panel (item 4) into place on the base frame.
Step 7
Secure the left side panel (item 3) to the base frame using one screw (item A).
Step 8
Attach the front panel/support (item 6) between the left and right side panels using four screws (item A).
Step 9
Attach the left support bracket (item 7) to the inner side of the left side panel.
Step 10
Attach the right support bracket (item 8) to the inner side of the right side panel.
Step 11
Carefully lower the main grill body/cookbox (item 12) onto the assembled base structure.
Step 12
Secure the main grill body (item 12) to the base using four screws (item A) and two screws (item B).
Step 13
Attach the handles (item 15) to the left and right doors (items 13 and 14).
Step 14
Attach the left door (item 13) with its handle to the main grill body.
Step 15
Attach the right door (item 14) with its handle to the main grill body.
Step 16
Secure the doors to the grill body using six screws (item C).
Step 17
Attach an internal component using two screws (item B).
Step 18
Attach another internal component using six screws (item C).
Step 19
Attach the warming rack/grate (item 17) using two screws (item B) and two washers (item D). Also, attach the side panel support bracket (item 23).
Step 20
Slide the grease tray (item 18) into its designated slot.
Step 21
Insert the grease tray (item 18) fully into the grill.
Step 22
Attach brackets (items 9 and 10) to the main grill body using one screw (item A) and two screws (item C).
Step 23
Attach brackets (items 9 and 10) to the main grill body using one screw (item A) and four screws (item C).
Step 24
Attach the side shelves (item 11) to the previously installed brackets. Ensure proper alignment and secure.
Step 25
Attach the side shelves (item 11) to the brackets, ensuring they are level and secure.
Step 26
Place the heat shields/baffles (item 19) onto the grill's internal supports.
Step 27
Place the cooking grates (item 20) onto the grill's internal supports.
Step 28
Place the warming grate (item 21) onto the grill's internal supports.
Step 29
Connect the igniter wires (item 22) to the ignition module. Ensure connections are secure (+ and - terminals).
Step 30
Place a propane tank inside the grill cabinet.
Step 31
Connect the propane regulator assembly (item 16) to the propane tank valve. Tighten securely.
