Hardware Package List
Tools Needed: Screwdriver (Phillips head recommended)
Note: Some parts come with screws pre-installed. Loosen and tighten for final assembly.
- Hardware A: Truss head screw with lock washer (1/4 - 20 x 1/2")
- Hardware B: Truss head screw (5/32 - 32 x 3/8")
- Hardware C: Flat Head Screw (5/32 - 32 x 3/8")
- Hardware D: Flat Washer (5/32")
Assembly Instructions
- Step 1: Attach casters (Part 9, x2) to the underside of the base plate (Part 1). Secure each caster with four Truss Head Screws with Lock Washers (A, x16 total). Ensure locking casters are oriented correctly.
- Step 2: Attach the shelf support bracket (Part 6) to the front underside of the base plate (Part 1) using six Truss Head Screws (A, x6).
- Step 3: Attach one side panel (Part 2) to the base plate (Part 1).
- Step 4: Attach the other side panel (Part 3) to the base plate (Part 1).
- Step 5: Attach the front panel bracket (Part 5) to the inside of the side panel (Part 2) using two Truss Head Screws (A, x2).
- Step 6: Attach the main support bracket (Part 4) horizontally between the two side panels using six Truss Head Screws (A, x6).
- Step 7: Prepare the handle (Part 12) by inserting screws from the inside.
- Step 8: Attach the handle (Part 12) to the front panel (Part 5) using two Flat Head Screws (C, x2).
- Step 9: Slide the front panel assembly into place, aligning it with the side panels.
- Step 10: Lower the main grill body (Part 8) onto the assembled base structure.
- Step 11: Secure the grill body (Part 8) to the base structure using four Truss Head Screws (A, x4).
- Step 12: Attach one side shelf mounting bracket (indicated as '9' in diagram) to the grill body using one Truss Head Screw with Lock Washer (A, x1) and two Flat Head Screws (C, x2).
- Step 13: Attach the second side shelf mounting bracket (indicated as '10' in diagram) to the grill body using four Flat Head Screws (C, x4).
- Step 14: Attach the side shelf (Part 20) to the corresponding mounting bracket on the grill body.
- Step 15: Attach the other side shelf (Part 11) to its mounting bracket.
- Step 16: Place the two heat deflectors (Part 14) onto the burner tubes inside the grill.
- Step 17: Place the two cooking grates (Part 15) onto the supports inside the grill.
- Step 18: Place the warming rack (Part 16) onto its supports.
- Step 19: Attach the drip pan (Part 17) to the underside of the grill body using two Truss Head Screws (B, x2) and two Flat Washers (D, x2).
- Step 20: Slide the grease cup (Part 18) into its designated holder.
- Step 21: Insert the igniter module (Part 19) into its housing.
- Step 22: Attach igniter components (Part 19) to the control panel area.
- Step 23: Connect a propane tank to the grill's regulator.
- Step 24: Secure the propane tank in its designated location within the grill cabinet.
