Tools Needed

Some parts come with screws pre-installed. Loosen and tighten for final assembly.

• A: Truss Head Screw (1/4-20 x 1/2") (x33)
• B: Truss Head Screw (5/32-32 x 2/5") (x12)
• C: Pivot Hinge (x2)
• D: Flat Washer (1/4") (x6)
• E: Flat Washer (5/32") (x2)

Assembly Steps

1. Attach the wrench tool to the designated point.
2. Secure the base plate using screws (A) and washers (D).
3. Attach the four caster wheels to the base plate using screws (A). Ensure the locking casters are placed appropriately.
4. Attach the side panels (left and right) to the base plate using screws (A).
5. Attach the back panels (left and right) to the base plate and side panels using screws (A).
6. Attach the support brackets to the side panels using screws (A).
7. Attach the crossbar to the front of the grill body using screws (A).
8. Attach the side panels to the main grill body using screws (B).
9. Attach the side panels to the main grill body using screws (B).
10. Attach the side panel with handle mount using screws (A).
11. Attach the side panels using screws (B).
12. Attach the main grill body to the assembled base and side panels using screws (A).
13. Lower the main grill body onto the assembled frame.
14. Attach the side panels to the main grill body using screws (A).
15. Attach the handles to the side panels using screws (B).
16. Attach the handle to the side panel using screws (B).
17. Attach the handle to the side panel using screws (C).
18. Attach the side panels to the main grill body using screws (C).
19. Attach the side panels to the main grill body.
20. Attach the side panels to the main grill body.
21. Attach the grease tray to the underside of the grill using screws (B) and washers (E).
22. Attach the grease tray to the underside of the grill using screws (B) and washers (E).
23. Insert the warming rack.
24. Place the heat shield onto the grill.
25. Attach the heat shield to the grill using screws (A) and washers (D).
26. Attach the heat shield to the grill using screws (B).
27. Attach the cooking grates to the grill.
28. Attach the warming grate to the grill.
29. Attach the side burner grate to the grill.
30. Install the control knobs onto the gas valves.
31. Attach the ignition electrode.
32. Connect the ignition electrode to the ignition module box.
33. Attach the burner tubes.
34. Place the cooking grids in their configurations.
35. Place the side burner grate and warming grate onto the grill.
36. Attach the heat shields.
37. Attach the cooking grates.
38. Attach the warming grate.
39. Connect the propane tank and regulator.
40. Secure the propane tank.

Cooking Grid Configurations

1. Configuration 1: Standard cooking grate placement.
2. Configuration 2: With side burner grate and warming grate.
