Usage Requirements
- People Counter MUST be used with firmware version V1.0.2 and later.
- Recommended installation height for the People Counter is 2.2 to 4 meters.
- Choose the color that has a strong contrast with the staff clothing color.
- Avoid wearing clothing with patterns similar to lanyard (such as striped clothing).
- Do not cover the lanyard with collars, scarves, hair, or other items; keep it clearly visible.
Wear Guide
Step 1: Staffs are required to wear VA21 around the neck, avoid covering it with collars, scarves, hair, or other items.
Step 2: Go to the device page, switch to the Rule page, enable Staff Detection, and choose Staff Lanyard.
