Usage Requirements
- Ensure compatibility with the corresponding firmware version of the People Counter.
- Staff uniforms should not contain any reflective materials.
- Avoid covering it with collars, scarves, hair, or other items; keep lanyard clearly visible.
- Do not wash to prevent fading of the reflective material.
Wear Guide
- Staff are required to wear VA31 around the neck, avoid covering it with collars, scarves, hair, or other items.
- Go to the device page, switch to the Rule page, enable Staff Detection.
