7. Safety and Maintenance
Safety Guidelines
- If your device malfunctions and you cannot troubleshoot it, unplug the device and contact Razer support at support.razer.com/cn for technical assistance.
- Do not disassemble the device (doing so will void the warranty) and do not use it under abnormal current loads.
- Keep the device away from liquids and humid environments. Use the device only in environments with temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. If the temperature exceeds this range, unplug and/or turn off the device to allow the temperature to stabilize.
- It is recommended to gently stretch the headband before wearing the headset to minimize pressure on the headband. However, do not overstretch the headband, as this may exceed its technical limits.
- Even at low volumes, this headset can isolate ambient sound, reducing your awareness of your surroundings. If your activity requires close attention to your surroundings, remove the headset.
- Listening at excessively high volumes for extended periods can damage your hearing. Additionally, the legal maximum sound pressure level in some countries is 86 decibels. Exposure to this level for 8 hours a day can affect your hearing. Therefore, it is recommended to keep the volume at a comfortable level during extended use. Protect your hearing.
Maintenance and Care
The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset requires minimal maintenance to keep it in optimal performance. It is recommended to clean the headset monthly with a soft cloth or cotton swabs to prevent dirt buildup. Do not use soap or corrosive cleaning agents.
