Viidure D50 WiFi Dash Cam User Manual
1. Important Tips
Please read and understand warnings & safety instructions before operating.
a. Insert SD Card
32GB SD Card is inserted in the dash cam already. The SD card can only be inserted from one direction. Before inserting, please make sure the direction is correct as shown in the figure.

b. Turn on/off WiFi Quickly
Long-press the UP [<] button in working status to turn WiFi on or off.

c. Battery & Charger
The dash cam battery (150mAh) is only to maintain and save settings. It should be connected to the car charger or USB to get constantly powered. If the power is interrupted to the unit, it will shut down. Please use the original car charger provided to avoid fault or incompatibility.
d. Cautions for High Temperature
Do not leave this product where the temperature may exceed 70°C (160°F) for an extended period. When using a sunshade, please do not place the dash cam between the windshield and sunshade, as it may cause damage from heat buildup.
e. Reset Dash Cam when you meet issues below
Please reset the dash cam by pressing the reset hole with tools. When you encounter issues such as:
- Dash Cam freezes or gets stuck.
- Format error.
- And other problems... Reset is a quick action when you meet problems.

3. Button Instruction
Button | Function |

1. POWER & OK [⏻] | Turn ON/OFF The Camera: Long-Press Power button for 2-3s. Stop/Start Recording: Short-Press once to start/stop video recording. Short-Press once to play/pause current video in Playback Status. Short-Press once to enter/save the setting in Menu Setting. |
2. DOWN BUTTON [<] | Short-Press once to scroll DOWN in Menu setting. Short-Press once to switch the display windows of the front camera, carbin camera in recording status. Short-Press once to scroll to next video files in Playback Status. Long-Press to turn on/off Dash Cam WiFi. |
3. UP BUTTON [>] | Short-Press once to scroll UP in Menu setting. When recording, Short-Press once to mute Audio Recording. Long-Press to enter file management. |
4. M BUTTON [M] | Enter the MENU: Long-Press once on M Button in NON-Recording Status, it enters menu; Press again, it exits. You can set the dash cam. Lock the Video Files: Short-Press once on M Button in Recording Status, it locks the current video file. |
5. Reset Hole | Reset the Dash Cam. |
6. AV-IN Hole | Connect with carbin camera. |
7. TF Card SLOT | Turn on of the cabin camera's LED lights. |

4. How to Using WiFi & APP
Step 1. Download APP:
Please search for the free APP “Viidure” in Google Play or Apple Store to download the APP. Alternatively, scan the QR code to download.

Step 2. Turn on the D50's WiFi:
Method 1: Long-press on the UP [<] button in working status.
Method 2: Open it in the Menu setting: Long press on the MENU button; Use UP and Down buttons to find the WiFi&APP option and turn it on.

Step 3. Connecting WiFi
Turn on the WiFi connection settings on your mobile phone and search for the WiFi name “D50 ****”. Enter and input the password “12345678” to connect. Please note that it's turn on "WLAN" to connect WiFi, not "Bluetooth".

Step 4. Operate the APP
Important Notes: The WiFi cannot be used for scanning the web. By WiFi, you can download the camera's files to your phone.
By the APP, you can download the video from the camera and make general settings for the Camera.

When you connect the WiFi and operate the APP, then you cannot operate the dash cam by the button.
5. FAQ of WiFi
1. What's cam the WiFi?
The dash cam WiFi is hotspot WiFi, which is designed to control the dash cam and download video files only. Important: it cannot be used for web.
2. Why WiFi keeps disconnecting?
- Please kindly check your phone settings and make sure your phone allows the connections.
- Please kindly check if there are any auto WiFi connections kicking the dash cam WiFi out. For example, wireless CarPlay etc. Usually, they have a very strong auto WiFi connection with the phone, then the dash cam WiFi will be kicked.
Solution:
- Forget the Dash Cam WiFi and connect it again. And make sure phone settings are correct.
- If there is strong Auto WiFi, please turn it off when using the dash cam's WiFi.
6. Playback the Videos
There are 3 Methods to playback the video recorded:
Method 1: Playback on the PC. Take out the SD card and read it in the PC. Then playback the videos on the PC.
Method 2: Download and playback the video by WiFi. Connect with the dash cam WiFi, then download the video into the phone (refer to Page 8-10).
Method 3: Playback it on the DashCam.
- Long-press on the DOWN [<] button.
- Using UP [>] and DOWN [<] buttons to scroll up and down to choose files to play. Long Press on M button to delete/Protect current files.
- Short Press DOWN [<] under playback Mode to exit.

7. Installation
Step 1. Install electrostatic film.
Windowshield: Clean the Windshield Glass by the clean accessories in the box.

Please peel off the cover marked "1" in Red, then install on the glass.

After installing the film on the cleaned Windshield glass, then peel off the other cover marked "2" in green.
Step 2. Install the bracket.
Remove the film on the bracket cover. Then put it on the electrostatic film.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Please do not remove or take it off after installation.
Step 3. Connect the car charger.
Connect the car charger to the camera's USB port and wire the cable according to the overall wiring diagram below.

Please use the original car charger provided to avoid fault or incompatibility.
7.1 Install the Car Charger's Cable
a. Hide the cable into the top panel as the photo.

b. Break the side panel slightly and insert the cable, please be careful if there is an airbag [?].

c. Then insert the cable to the door's sealing tape.

e. Insert the cable according to the door's sealing tape.
f. Connect the car charger to the cigarette lighter [?].

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If your vehicle has side curtain airbags [?], please be very careful when running any cables along your vehicle windows. Ensure you are not running the cable past any of the airbags, as this can prevent the airbags from deploying.
Please make sure the cigarette lighter [?] is clean for connection. Please check the car charger's red indicator whether it is on.
