Assembly and Setup

Installing the Front Handle

  1. Attach the front handle to the upper shaft.
  2. Secure the front handle using the provided screws.
  3. Ensure the handle is firmly attached.

Installing the Lower Shaft

  1. Align the lower shaft with the upper shaft.
  2. Insert the lower shaft until it clicks into place.
  3. Ensure the lock mechanism is engaged.

Uninstalling the Lower Shaft

  1. Disengage the lock mechanism.
  2. Pull the lower shaft out of the upper shaft.

Installing the Harness

  1. Attach the harness to the designated points on the trimmer.
  2. Adjust the harness for a comfortable and secure fit. The height of the product should be level with the hips.

Uninstalling the Harness

  1. Release the harness from the trimmer.

Installing the Guard Extension

  1. Attach the guard extension to the trimmer head assembly.
  2. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. To reduce debris, install the guard extension.
  4. To increase visibility, remove the guard extension.

Reloading the Cutting Line

  1. Remove the battery pack.
  2. Open the bump head.
  3. Insert the cutting line into the eyelets.
  4. Wind the cutting line onto the spool, ensuring approximately 1.6m of line is visible on each side.
  5. Close the bump head.

Installing/Uninstalling the Trimmer Head

  1. Remove the battery pack.
  2. Align the lock pin to the groove on the trimmer head and insert it.
  3. Turn the trimmer head to secure it.
  4. To uninstall, reverse the process.

Adjusting the Cutting Width

The cutting width can be adjusted to 28 cm or 33 cm.

Operation

Starting the Product

  1. Insert the battery pack into the trimmer until it clicks.
  2. Press the lock-out trigger.
  3. Pull the On/Off trigger to start the trimmer.

Operating the Product

  • Maintain low throttle when feeding the cutting line. Bump the product on the grass to extend the line.
  • The cut-off blade automatically trims the newly extended line to the correct length.
  • Use the speed selector for different cutting speeds (slow for gentle trimming, fast for tougher tasks).

Cleaning the Product

  • Remove the battery pack before cleaning.
  • Clean the plastic parts with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Ensure ventilation openings are kept clear of debris.
  • Do not use metal blades.
  • Keep hands away from the cut-off blade.

Storing the Product

  1. Remove the battery pack.
  2. Store the trimmer in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, out of reach of children.
  3. Ensure all moving parts have come to a complete stop before storing.

  • Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
  • Disconnect the plug or remove the battery pack before making adjustments or changing accessories.
  • Store idle power tools out of reach of children and untrained users.
  • Maintain power tools and accessories; check for misalignment or binding of moving parts.
  • Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
  • Use the power tool, accessories, and tool bits in accordance with these instructions.
  • Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.

Battery Tool Use and Care

  • Recharge only with the specified charger.
  • Use only with designated battery packs.
  • Keep battery packs away from metal objects to prevent short circuits.
  • Avoid contact with ejected battery liquid; flush with water if contact occurs.
  • Do not use damaged or modified battery packs or tools.
  • Do not expose battery packs or tools to fire or excessive temperatures.
  • Follow all charging instructions and do not charge outside the specified temperature range.

Grass Trimmer Safety Warnings

  • Do not use in bad weather conditions, especially during thunderstorms.
  • Thoroughly inspect the area for wildlife and remove foreign objects (stones, sticks, wires, bones).
  • Visually inspect the cutter or blade for damage before use.
  • Ensure cutting attachments are properly installed and secured.
  • Never operate the product without guards, deflectors, and handles properly attached.
  • Ensure the line cut-off blade is properly positioned and secured.
  • Keep the head attachment below waist level.
  • Immediately power off and remove the battery pack in case of an accident or breakdown.
  • Power off and remove the battery pack before servicing, cleaning, or working on the product, or changing accessories.
  • Ensure all guards and handles are properly fitted and in good condition.
  • Hold the product by the designated handles and restrict working time and exposure.
  • Beware of thrown or flying objects. Keep bystanders at least 15 m away.
  • Do not use metal blades.
  • Keep hands away from the cut-off blade.
  • Remove the battery pack before starting any work on the product.
  • Guaranteed sound power level: 100 dB(A).
  • Rotational direction and maximum speed of the shaft for the cutting attachment.
  • Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM).

Additional Battery Safety Warnings

  • Never immerse the product, battery pack, or charger in fluid.
  • Charge the battery pack in a location where the ambient temperature is between 10 °C and 38 °C.
  • Store the battery pack in a location where the ambient temperature is between 0 °C and 20 °C.

Transportation and Storage

  • Power off the product and remove the battery pack. Ensure all moving parts have stopped. Allow to cool before storing or transporting.
  • Remove all foreign materials.
  • Do not store or transport with the battery pack fitted; remove and secure it separately.
  • Store the product in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, inaccessible to children, and away from corrosive agents.
  • Secure the product against movement or falling when transporting in a vehicle.

Maintenance

  • Use only original manufacturer's replacement parts, accessories, and attachments.
  • Servicing requires expertise; have the product serviced by an authorized service center.
  • Power off the product and remove the battery pack before cleaning or maintenance.
  • Make adjustments and repairs described in this manual. For other repairs, contact an authorized service center.
  • Use only nylon filament line of the specified diameter.
  • Clean plastic parts with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Check nuts, bolts, and screws for tightness before each use.
  • Replace damaged or unreadable labels at an authorized service center.
