The iENYRID iE-M4 PRO S+ features the following components:
- Instrument Panel: Displays speed, battery, gear, and error codes.
- Brake Levers: Front and rear brake levers for stopping.
- Handlebars: Includes controls for lights, horn, turn signals, and acceleration.
- Vertical Pole: Connects the handlebars to the scooter body, with a folding buckle.
- Lights: Front headlights, side light strips, and tail lights for visibility.
- Fenders: Front and rear fenders to protect from splashes.
- Shock Absorbers: Front and rear shock absorbers for a smoother ride.

Product Installation
- Remove the scooter from the packaging box.
- Lift the handlebar to the upright position.
- Tighten and fix the handlebars securely. Ensure they are locked in place with a clicking sound.
- Unfold the main body by pressing the folding buckle. Ensure the folding buckle is securely locked for safe riding.
- Install the seat: Insert the seat tube into the designated slot, press the buckle inward, and lock the seat pipe buckle.
- Adjust the vertical pole to the appropriate height and lock the vertical pole buckle.
- Assembly is now complete.
Product Folding
- Press the buckle safety device outward with your fingers.
- Rotate the buckle safety device.
- Squeeze both the front and rear brake levers with your hands, and step on the folding buckle with your foot.
- Quickly and forcefully press down to fold the scooter.
- Fold the handlebars by following the indicated steps.
- The scooter is now folded.
Power On & Unlock
To power on and unlock the scooter:
- Long press the power button [power-symbol] to enter the password input interface.
- Press the power button [power-symbol] three times to enter the default password '000'.
- Quickly press the power button [power-symbol] twice to unlock the scooter.
The screen may turn off if not unlocked within a specific time, which is a security feature. If you forget your password, refer to the manual for reset instructions. Always wear a helmet and protective gear before riding and ensure all scooter functions are normal.
Safe Driving Warning
Be aware of and comply with all local laws and regulations regarding electric scooters. iENYRID strongly recommends wearing safety gear at all times.
Tire Air Pressure:
Ensure tires are inflated to the standard pressure indicated on the tire sidewall.
Safety Gear:
Helmet: Essential for preventing head injuries. Wear a helmet that fits properly and according to its instructions.
Mechanical Safety:
Before each ride:
- Perform a visual inspection to ensure all screws and nuts are tight. Contact customer support if anything is amiss.
- Check tires and wheels for wear and tear. Ensure the brake mechanism does not obstruct wheel rotation.
- Verify the functionality of brakes and other critical components for safe operation.
Battery & Charging
Battery Precautions:
- Do not charge indoors.
- Do not operate the scooter while it is charging.
- Keep the battery away from children, pets, and direct heat sources.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or pressure.
- Use only the charger provided with the scooter.
- Dispose of batteries responsibly to avoid environmental pollution.
- Avoid storing the scooter with a completely depleted battery for extended periods.
- Periodically discharge and recharge the battery to maintain its health.
Do not charge if the battery is leaking, damaged, deformed, or if the deck overheats.
First Charge:
Fully charge the battery before the first use. The battery features:
- Balanced charging protection
- Over-charging protection
- Over-current protection
- Over-discharging protection
- Short-circuit protection
How to Charge:
- Ensure the scooter is turned OFF.
- Connect the charger to the scooter's charging port.
- Plug the charger into an electrical outlet and turn on the power.
- Do not charge in temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C.
- The charger indicator light is RED while charging and GREEN when fully charged.
- Unplug the charger promptly after the battery is fully charged.

7E | Accelerator failure | Check if the accelerator is reset. | Replace accelerator if handlebar signal remains below 0.75V after reset. |
8E | Controller failure | Controller failure | Replace controller. |
10E | Communication failure (Controller to Instrument) | Check the yellow line connection of the controller. | Replace meter. |
15E | Communication failure (Instrument to Controller) | Check the green line connection of the controller. | Replace controller. |

- Misuse, traffic accidents, or collisions.
- Riding on abnormal roads or accidental impacts.
- Damage from natural disasters or force majeure.
- Tampered or removed serial numbers.
- Unreported product defects or malfunctions during the warranty period.
- Commercial use (e.g., leasing, competitions).
- High-risk actions like stunts, spins, or jumps.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight or outdoor elements.
- Improper storage, moisture exposure, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
- Damage caused by dropping, blown fuses, or liquid ingress.
