- It is important to understand the functions and features of the new iENYRID before operating it, as it will allow you to enjoy it from every ride.

Note on Range: The range is based on a tester weighing 80kg on a flat road. Actual range depends on rider weight, riding conditions, and temperature. If the cyclist exceeds 80kg, road conditions are rough, or the temperature is low, the range may be shortened.

Operation & Maintenance
Product Installation
Follow these steps to assemble your iENYRID ES1 electric scooter:
- Remove the scooter from the packaging box.
- Unscrew the screws at the foot support installation location.
- Align the screw holes and insert the screws.
- Tighten the screws firmly.
- Press down on the folding lever and lift up the upright lever.
- After the pole is fully extended, snap the safety buckle into place.
- Remove the upright screw and cover plate.
- Place the handle into the upright pole.
- After adjusting the angle of the handle, tighten the fixing screws.
- Place the pole cover and screws into the pole and tighten the screws.
- Remove the instrument bracket from the bag and install the rubber pad.
- Place the rubber pad into the bracket of the instrument panel.
- Fix the instrument panel in the middle position of the handle and tighten the screws.
- Match the plug colors and firmly insert them in the direction indicated by the arrow [arrow-right].
- Adjust the installation angle of the brake lever, buttons, and dashboard on the handlebars and tighten the screws.
- While pressing the limit button [limit-button-icon], pull the pole upwards until it reaches the appropriate position.
- Lock the upright pole buckle.
- Assembly is now completed.
Product Folding
Follow these steps to fold your iENYRID ES1 electric scooter:
- Release the buckle of the pole [buckle-release-icon].
- Press down on the pole while pressing the limit point [limit-point-icon].
- Pull the safety lever backwards [safety-lever-pull].
- Pull the folding lever backwards [folding-lever-pull].
- Press down on the upright pole until you hear a clicking sound.
- Folding is now completed.
Power On & Unlock
To power on and unlock your scooter:
- Long press the power button [power-button-icon] to enter the password input interface.
- Press the power button [power-button-icon] three times to enter the three-zero password.
- Then, quickly press the power button [power-button-icon] twice to unlock the scooter.
The unlocking process is brief. The screen may turn off if not unlocked within a specified time, which is a security feature to prevent theft. If you forget your password, please refer to the manual.
After unlocking, please wear a helmet and protective gear before cycling, and ensure all scooter functions are normal.
Safe Driving Warning & Riding Safety
General Safety:
- Certain regions require safety devices or gear. It is your responsibility to know and follow state laws. Safety gear is strongly recommended before operating the device.
- Tire Air Pressure: The tire is pressurized to the standard value indicated on the tire.
- Safety Gear: Most common and serious riding injuries are head injuries, which can be prevented by wearing a helmet. You must wear a helmet according to its instructions when riding the iENYRID Scooter.
- Mechanical Safety: Before using the iENYRID Scooter:
- Always perform a visual inspection to ensure all screws and nuts are tight and in place. If anything is amiss or missing, contact the seller for confirmation.
- Check tires and wheels for signs of wear and tear. Ensure the brake mechanism does not touch the wheels and allows free spinning.
- Always perform mechanical checks of brakes and other parts to ensure visibility, safety, and functionality.
Riding Safety Guidelines:
- Place one foot on the board and the other on the ground.
- Press the accelerator lever slightly to accelerate. Place both feet on the board once you can maintain balance. Press the lever further to increase speed.
- Release the accelerator to slow down. Squeeze the brake lever on the left handlebar to stop the scooter.
- Tilt your body slightly in the direction you wish to turn, and slowly turn the handlebars.
- Do not ride in the rain.
- Slow down before speed bumps, potholes, and other uneven surfaces. Bend your knees to steady yourself on complex roads.
- Do not accelerate downhill.
- Do not hang heavy objects, such as backpacks, on the handlebars.
- Do not press the accelerator while walking.
- Do not ride on roadways.
- Do not turn suddenly at high speed.
- Avoid riding in water deeper than 2cm.
- No riding with another person or a child.
- Do not step on the fender.
- Do not touch the disc brake after frequent braking, as it can become very hot!
- Do not release the handlebars while riding!
- No riding upstairs or downstairs!
Battery & Charging
Battery Care:
- Do not charge indoors.
- Do not turn on or operate the scooter while charging.
- Keep the battery away from children, pets, or direct heat.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or pressure.
- Please use the charger included with the scooter for charging.
- Do not throw away batteries improperly to avoid environmental pollution.
- Do not store the scooter for extended periods with an almost empty battery.
- Periodically discharge the battery by riding. Recharge the battery and ensure it is not left fully empty.
Do not charge if the scooter has the following conditions:
- The battery leaks.
- The battery is damaged.
- The battery heats up or is deformed.
- The bottom or overall of the deck overheats.
The use, storage, or charging of the battery outside specified limits may result in warranty annulment, battery damage, and ineffective charging.
First Charge: It is important to fully charge the battery before your first use of the scooter.
Battery Features:
- Balanced charging protection: Balances voltage among internal cells during charging.
- Over-charging protection: Stops charging automatically when full.
- Over current protection: Stops charging if voltage exceeds the prescribed limit.
- Over discharging protection: Stops discharging when voltage drops below the under-voltage threshold.
- Short-circuit protection: Stops output in case of a short-circuit.
How to Charge:
- Do not charge indoors.
- Ensure the scooter is TURNED OFF. Connect the external power charger to the scooter.
- Connect the charger to an electrical outlet and turn on the power.
- Do not charge batteries in temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C, as charging may stop.
- Charger light RED indicates charging; GREEN indicates the battery is fully charged.
- After the battery is fully charged, please unplug the charger in time.
Troubleshooting
Error Codes
Refer to the table below for common error codes, their faults, diagnostic steps, and solutions:

5E | Brake lever failure | After the system is powered on, check whether the brakes are working properly. | If the brake signal is less than 0.75V for a long period of time, the brake lever needs to be replaced. |
6E | Motor Hall failure | Check whether the motor wires are connected properly or whether the colored wires are connected incorrectly. | If there is no problem with each circuit, the motor needs to be replaced. |
7E | Accelerator failure | Check if the accelerator is reset. | After the accelerator is reset, if the handlebar signal is still less than 0.75V, the accelerator needs to be replaced. |
8E | Controller failure | Controller failure | Replace controller. |
10E | Communication failure | The controller cannot receive the instrument signal. Check whether the yellow line of the controller is connected properly. | Replace meter. |
15E | Communication fail | The instrument cannot receive the signal from the controller. Check whether the green line of the controller is connected properly. | Replace controller. |

- Failure to maintain according to this user manual.
- Product damage or defects caused by improper driver operation.
- Damage caused by misuse, traffic accident, or accidental collision.
- Damage caused by riding on abnormal roads or accidental collision.
- Damage from natural disaster or irresistible force.
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers.
- Defects or malfunctions not notified by the customer during the warranty period.
- Products used for commercial purposes (e.g., leasing, hiring, competitions).
- Performing high-risk actions (stunts, spinning, jumping) leading to rapid aging or malfunction.
- Exposure to blazing sun or outdoor conditions for extended periods, which speeds up aging and causes malfunction.
- Defects or damages from improper storage, exposure to moisture/dampness, unauthorized modifications, connections, or repairs.
- Misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or other acts not caused by iENYRID, including damage from dropping, blown fuses, or liquid ingress.
