Close the housing in reverse order of opening, using only original screws. The cable and power-supply flange (K1) is secured by six M3 cylinder-head screws (DIN 912/ ISO 4762, grade 6g). Ensure threaded holes are undamaged and clean. Check the flame-proof gap (circular cylindrical fit) before closing.
Attention! If the fitting gap is mechanically damaged, the housing must not be used.
Attention! Do not allow foreign objects into the housing.
Reuse dismantled screw locks (spring washers DIN 127A). The GYLON® gasket must be undamaged and correctly placed between the flange and hull. If the fitting gap surface is dirty or lacks lubrication, clean it with a clean cloth, degrease, and re-grease with a suitable lubricant (e.g., Molykote® P-40 gel or OKS 403 grease for heavy seawater influence).
Tighten flange and body component screwed connections crosswise to 1.2 Nm. Do not overtighten to prevent damage to the cylinder head or threads.
Cylinder-head bolts for connecting the camera body to the flange component must be tightened crosswise and evenly to 1.2 Nm torque. Use Loctite.
