Important Warnings

⚠️ Please do not use power tools for assembly as overtightening can damage your frame.

⚠️ During assembly, please be sure to have a washer positioned at the front of every bolt as pictured.

?️ CAUTION: Heavy product once assembled. 2 person lift required.

❗ WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts not for children under 3 years or any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths.

Motion Pack Components (If applicable):

• 6 x M8 60mm Bolts
• 2 x M8 15mm Bolts
• 4 x M8 20mm Bolts
• 12 x M8 Washers
• 2 x M8 Nuts
• 1 x Motion Shifter Arm

Assembly Instructions

Step 1:

Attach the main frame supports. Use 8 x M8 60mm bolts. Red arrows indicate connection points.

Step 2:

Connect the central support beams to the frame. Use 4 x M8 60mm bolts and 2 x M8 15mm bolts. Red arrows indicate connection points.

Step M1: (Skip if you don't have Motion)

Install the motion system to the frame before attaching the seat. Use 3 x M8 60mm bolts. Repeat on the opposite side.

Step M2:

Install the seat to the motion platform. Use 2 x M8 20mm bolts. Repeat on the opposite side. Continue to Step 3.

Step 3:

Assemble the handbrake and shifter plate components. Use 3 x M8 60mm bolts and 3 x Spiked Washers.

Step M3: (Skip if you don't have Motion)

Connect a frame support. Use 2 x M8 60mm bolts.

Step M4:

Attach the seat mounting brackets. Use 3 x M8 60mm bolts and 3 x Spiked Washers.

Step 4:

Continue assembling the main frame. Use 4 x M8 15mm bolts and 4 x M8 60mm bolts. Red arrows indicate connection points.

Step 5:

Further assemble the frame structure. Use 8 x M8 60mm bolts. Red arrows indicate connection points.

Step 6:

Attach additional frame components. Use 4 x M8 15mm bolts. Red arrows indicate connection points.

Step 7:

Connect more frame sections. Use 3 x M8 60mm bolts and 3 x Spiked Washers. Red arrows indicate connection points.

Step 8:

Attach the seat to the frame. Use 4 x M8 60mm bolts. The diagram shows options for attaching feet or castor wheels.

Step 9: (Optional Buttkicker Mount)

Install the Buttkicker mount. Use 2 x M8 60mm bolts. Skip if you have motion.

Step 10:

Attach the seat. Use 2 x M8 20mm bolts.

Step M5: (Motion Users Only)

⚠️ MOTION USERS MUST ATTACH LAP BELTS TO MOTION PLATFORM, NOT COCKPIT FRAME.

Attach lap belts. Use 2 x M8 15mm bolts. Repeat on the opposite side.
