Warranty Details
EFM products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Digital Display
The digital display shows the percentage of power supply remaining in the power bank. A reading of 100 indicates a full charge, while 0 indicates no charge. While charging a device, the displayed number decreases as power is transferred. When the power bank itself is being charged, the number increases. The remaining power can be checked at any time by pressing the on/off button.

Charging the Power Bank
Ensure the power bank is fully charged before first use. Connect the power bank to a wall charger using the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable. A minimum 20W wall charger is recommended. The digital display will begin flashing to confirm charging is in progress.
Once the display shows 100%, the power bank is fully charged. The power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge the power bank and a device simultaneously.
Charging a Device
The power bank is equipped with two USB-A output ports and one USB-C output port, capable of charging up to three devices concurrently. Connect your device to the power bank using an appropriate charging cable. The digital display will illuminate to indicate that charging is active. The display will remain visible until the connected device is fully charged or the power bank's battery is depleted.
Cautions
- To maximize battery life, fully charge the power bank for 6 to 8 hours before its first use.
- Store the power bank in a cool and dry place.
- Do not store the power bank in hot or humid environments.
- If the power bank is not used for extended periods, charge and discharge it once every three months.
- The power bank may feel warm during device charging; this is a normal operating condition.
- Do not expose the power bank to heat or fire.
- Do not clean the power bank with harmful chemicals or liquids.
