Understanding Efficiency Ratings
What is SEER?
Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) is an air conditioner's maximum efficiency rating, similar to the miles per gallon for your car.
What is HSPF?
Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) measures heat pump efficiency during the average heating season. The higher the number, the more efficient the unit.

Trane Mini/Multi Split Ductless Systems come with a Registered Limited Warranty, including:
- 10 Years on compressor and functional parts.
- Compressors, indoor coils, and outdoor coils are covered with unit replacement.

Registered Limited Warranty terms are available when you register within 60 days of installation via Trane.com or by phone at 855-260-2975. Otherwise, Trane's Base Limited Warranty terms apply.
