DPF700 Digital Photo Frame
A. Introduction

B. Cautions and Warnings

Placement
To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose the DPF700 to rain or moisture. To prevent falls, do not place the DPF700 on unstable surfaces like carts, stands, tripods, brackets, or tables. Keep the unit away from strong magnets, heat sources, direct sunlight, and excessive dust.

Installation
Ensure the DPF700 is used according to the instructions and illustrations in this manual.

Object and Liquid
Do not insert objects of any kind into the unit through openings. Do not spill or spray liquids on or into the system, as this may cause fire or electric shock. Do not place heavy objects on the unit. To ensure proper ventilation and operation, never cover or block slots and openings with cloth or other materials.

Disassembly

D. Positioning Your Frame
The frame features an adjustable stand that can be rotated to position the frame vertically or horizontally. It also includes eyeholes for wall mounting. Keep the frame away from strong magnets, heat sources, direct sunlight, or excessive dust.
E. Unit View
Top Panel Controls and Ports:
- 1) PREV.: Press to move to the previous photo.
- 2) NEXT: Press to move to the next photo.
- 3) UP/COPY/DELETE: Press to navigate, copy, or delete a photo.
- 4) DOWN/ROTATE: Press to navigate or rotate a photo.
- 5) MENU: Press to access the main menu.
- 6) MODE/PLAY/PAUSE: Press to cycle through different modes (Slide Show, Pause, Thumbnail).
- 7) POWER: Press to turn the digital picture frame on or off.
- 8) POWER LED: Lights up when power is applied to the frame.
- 9) BRIGHTNESS: Rotate to adjust the picture frame brightness.
- 10) SD/MS/MMC/xD Slot: Accepts various memory cards.
- 11) USB Slot: Accepts a USB memory device.
- 12) DC INPUT: Connection for the 9VDC AC wall adapter.
F. Remote Control
The remote control provides access to all frame functions:
- SETUP: Press to enter the setup menu screen.
- LEFT/PREV.: Move cursor left or access the previous photo.
- COPY/DEL.: Copy a photo into frame memory or delete a photo from the frame.
- MENU: Return to the main menu or enter the card selection screen.
- ZOOM: Enlarge the photo display size by 100%, 117%, 133%, 150%, or 200%.
- UP: Move cursor up.
- MODE/PLAY/PAUSE: Confirm selection, pause a slide show, or change modes (Slide Show, Pause, Thumbnail).
- RIGHT/NEXT: Move cursor right or access the next photo.
- DOWN/ROTATE: Move cursor down or rotate a photo in Pause Mode.
- SLIDE SHOW: Enter Slide Show Mode.
G. Selecting Cards and Viewing Photos
- Press the POWER button on the frame to turn it on.
- Insert a memory card or USB device into the appropriate slot. Photos will display automatically after a few seconds.
- Press the MENU button to display the Main Menu.
- Use the RIGHT or LEFT button to highlight the PHOTO icon.
- Press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE once to enter Slide Show mode.
- Press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE again to enter Pause mode, displaying a single image. Use PREV. and NEXT buttons to navigate between photos.
- Press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE a third time to view photos as thumbnails in a table. Use PREV. or NEXT to highlight a desired picture, then press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE to start the Slide Show from that photo.
H. Copying and Deleting Photos
Copying Photos to Your Frame:
After selecting a photo in Slide Show or Pause mode (refer to Section G), press the UP/COPY/DELETE button on the frame or the COPY/DEL. button on the remote. The Copy screen will appear. Use the LEFT or RIGHT button to highlight YES, then press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE. The photo will be copied. The frame can store approximately 14 photos internally. Rotated photos are copied in their rotated orientation.
Deleting Photos From Your Frame:
To delete a photo from the frame's internal memory (not from the memory card or USB device): Remove the memory card or USB device. Turn the frame on. From the Main Menu, highlight the PHOTO icon. Photos will display in Slide Show mode. Use PREV. or NEXT to locate the photo to delete, then press the UP/COPY/DELETE button on the frame or COPY/DEL. button on the remote. The Delete selection screen will appear. Highlight YES using LEFT/RIGHT buttons and press PLAY/PAUSE/MODE. The photo will be deleted from the frame's memory.
I. Settings
Turn the frame on and press the POWER button. From the Main Menu, highlight the SETTING icon using RIGHT/LEFT buttons and press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE. The SETUP menu will appear. Use UP/DOWN buttons to highlight an option, then press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE or NEXT to select it. Use UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the setting, then press MODE/PLAY/PAUSE to confirm. Press PREV. to exit without saving changes.
Available Settings:
- BRIGHTNESS: Adjust from -3 to +3.
- SLIDE SHOW TIME: Set interval to 5, 10, or 30 seconds.
- OSD LANGUAGE: Select menu language.
- DEFAULT: Reset to factory settings.
- EXIT SETUP MENU: Return to the main menu.

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty applies to Audiovox Video Products. AUDIOVOX ELECTRONICS CORP. (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product, or any part thereof, under normal use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the original purchase date. Defects will be repaired or replaced with reconditioned product at the Company's option, without charge for parts and labor. A game controller, if supplied, is warranted for ninety (90) days.
To obtain warranty service, deliver the product with proof of purchase (e.g., dated bill of sale), a specification of the defect, and transportation prepaid, to the Company at the address below.
This warranty does not cover elimination of externally generated static or noise, antenna problems, costs of installation, removal, or reinstallation, or damage to digital memory/media devices, gaming devices, discs, speakers, accessories, or electrical systems.
This warranty does not apply to products damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or if the factory serial number/bar code label(s) have been removed or defaced. The Company's liability is limited to repair or replacement as provided. The Company's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within 24 months from the date of original purchase. The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
Some states may not allow limitations on implied warranty duration or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
